Gloria was a great person to talk to and she did her job well she knew what the food was like and help me pick my food it was great. I will be back tomorrow for breakfast I’m from New York and the talk I had with her easy my stay I must say she is a good waitress

Elegant, all staff was wonderful valet, front desk, even Ms.Gloria at the restaurant bar area she was so attentive. I will definitely stay again had a room on the 12th floor. They don't accept cash so you have to use your card for everything, love ❤️ my stay

The air was stuck on cold. I turned the thermostat up to 90 nothing but cold air I waited 2 hrs in the cold room for maintenance with every call the reply was I will send him up now 2 hours later still no maintenance for what they charge they should give more than warm cookies

This place is disgusting. They don’t take care of the grass or the parking. The room smelled like cigars and alcohol. I’m a Hilton gold member and I have never stayed in a place so ugly and in such bad shape. I will never come back to this place and I’m going to call Hilton to get my money back. Terrible place!

So I was checked in with room selection the day prior to the arrival. I get here, early I understand, but you knee I was coming and the room ahead of time. You say sorry we won't have ANY rooms ready til 1600. Meanwhile they have a full lobby of people waiting for rooms. You can't tell me that none of been cleaned yet. I said I would take any odd number room. It's been over 3 hrs and so waiting. Diamond doesn't have any recognition. I can't even get food to charge to room (I'm supposed to have a $30 per day) since they won't let me use the key. I'll come back for an update if things turn around .... Read less
