Carolina provided excellent service, and she was friendly and helpful! Great experience! Thank you for a great start to our family vacation!! The rooms were very clean, of course as expected, we will continue to use Hilton for our future family excursions.

The printer in the lobby had gone down, and we desperately needed to print our luggage tags before heading to the airport. Carolina stepped in like a true lifesaver. Not only did she help us get the tags printed, but she also did it all with a calm and cheerful demeanor that instantly put us at ease. Her professionalism, kindness, and quick thinking truly set her apart. She made what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant experience. This place is a chaotic MESS! tiny elevators that only fits 3 people and don’t work properly, stairwell with throw up in it, construction and banging in the mornings, and a rude cleaning lady. The staff for the most part is very nice and the location is close to the beach.. those are probably the only pros to this place in its current state.

Best Bartender in Miami! Marielys was the best! Every drink was perfect, the service was top notch. Drink prices were cheap! Food was amazing. She was always making us great drinks and making us try new ones and they were great. She was the best!
