We had dinner at Los Fuegos last night and our server was Chris Curtis. I can't speak highly enough about our experience from start to finish. Chris knew the menu inside and out and made sure we had a great evening. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a splurge night.

I attended Carmen with my partner. We loved it! It was one of his favorites of Quixotic. The production was full of passion and artistry. It was spicy and elegant! We really enjoyed the music throughout the show. The costumes were stunning. Always enjoy a good Quixotic production! =)
