We got food poisoning from eating at the hotel and got no sympathy or apologies from the hotel staff or management. We just got a bill for $7 for the water we drank while vomiting all night. It would have been so easy for the management to make us happy, but we got nothing but food poisoning (diagnosed by urgent care).

Lovely lobby, pool really a very pretty one. One of the best pools near the beach. Dinner prices very high and not worth it due to very small portions. Housekeeping was efficient . Beds are very high but housekeeping brought a footstool as soon as requested.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks at both the restaurants and bars were very tasty and great staff. The room was very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and bars. Beautiful area to access and walk along the boardwalk. Highly recommend and would definitely rebook.

Outstanding service by everyone! Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower and bathroom. Our stay exceeded expectations! From the time we pulled up and we're warmly and professionally greeted by the bellman and valet services, we were impressed! Definitely a good value for Miami Beach!

Chris Mehmel was exceptionally helpful in guiding us around Miami Beach and the city. Knowledgeable, interested in our experience, and kind. Look him up when you stay at The Palms. He will enhance your visit immensely. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are comfortable.
