My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and we loved it. This hotel is certainly worth the price as everything is top tier. We love the pedestrian/bike path for a morning walk. We spent 2 lovely days on the beach with excellent service by Ricardo, Bobby and Chris from Germany. The food service was amazing and I loved the margs. While we did not eat at their main restaurant, we liked DiLido. There is a great pizza by the slice place just south of hotel on Collins. Plus Walgreens right out the front door for drinks, snacks and everything else you might need. Location is great. *The 2 chairs and umbrella is covered in the resort fee so extra bonus! Read less

Had an awesome time at this hotel. The best part was going to the beach!! CALEB AND LOT made the stay worth it . Thank you for having us! We will definitely be coming back to enjoy this great hotel but with my family next time. By the way if you ever go to the beach make sure to get yourself a nice Pina Colada

Stay way away from this place. Apparently, they are under severe financial crisis and your service and accomodations will reflect that. The staff is ambivalent and looking for work. Contact Hang Tran or the GM Ms. Jacqueline Volkart to express your opinions. This place is simply sad.

The Ritz beach experience was amazing! The chairs were relaxing and the service was top notch. Caleb and Carlos took great care of us and had us set up within minutes. Lot was our server and made sure we were well taken care of. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back soon!

Unbeknownst to us before we booked that they are having a $100 million renovation and changing to a Ritz Carlton Residences. They seem to have a don’t care attitude. Club level food was awful and always cold. Hummus, whipped Feta and really bad sandwiches and awful desserts. They have given up. 2am fire alarm really topped it off. Going down 10… Read more
