This hotel is the most overpriced place I have ever seen in my life. They trick you into patin extra extra money for vale and resort feel without letting you in advance. Horrible!! And they explain that ‘we charge you for the electricity’ wtf!!
Our stay at Sole Jan 25-29

We like location of this hotel and this is the reason why we decided to return after staying there in 2021. However we were a little bit disappointed. Except for natural ‘wear & tear’, these are the reasons why:

The room was so small that I had to unpack and pack my staff on the balcony as there was no space to put a suitcase (good thing that we had only one)
There is only one bedside table, so I had to put my phone, watter, medication on floor. I asked to put smth near a bed where I can put my stuff but my request was not accommodated.
The closet door was off rail and there were some other not working piecies in the room. Although they were timely fixed when I asked, it was obvious that nobody checked the room for readiness.
Hotel bar closes at 10:00 that I think is very early as the hotel positions itself as a resort and charges significant resort fee on top of room rate
Elevators are a disaster… very slow and do not function all at the same time. The wait time for elevator may be up to 10 min!
On positive side: mainly friendly staff (eg Guilermo, Front desk manager, the lady who was cleaning our room 1605b), bell boys. I can not say the same about ladies at reception upon checkout on 01/29
Very good wifi
Will we want to come back again? Not sure…

What I expected. No complaints

Some items that others have stated previously are easily handled and it boggles my mind how petty people really are. It was not to busy but I imagine in high time yes the elevators might be more of…

Some items that others have stated previously are easily handled and it boggles my mind how petty people really are. It was not to busy but I imagine in high time yes the elevators might be more of a problem then they were for us. A couple minutes wait is not the end of the world. Our room did have dishes and outside patio furniture. As these units are owned by others it makes sense that some rooms may not have everything another room has. Walgreens is right across the street which was actually very convenient. “All you need” has by far the best breakfast in sunny isle.

Amazing experience

I stayed at the Solé Miami in January 2025 for my annual golf trip in Miami and had an amazing experience. The food was some of the best I had in the area and was reasonably priced.
Staff were more than accommodating and friendly, I would recommend this resort to anyone looking to travel in North Beach Miami.
Doesn’t live up to its potential!

Your elevators are a known issue and you have failed to address this. Your infrastructure is poorly maintained. Part of your bar fell off near my feet when I got coffee in the morning. Your elevator access from the pool is blocked. Your bathroom sink drains backed up. Your soap and shampoo dispensers don't work properly. Stains on the carpets…
