Otherwise :Really good location (loads of shops across the road,including the grocery shops )nice & clean rooms , great pools,(plenty complimentary towels at each pool ,few little shops and Starbucks on site were very usefull too.Looking forward to come back myself & highly recommender to anyone!!

Fried pickles fried okra and pulled pork are bomb!!! Also the owner or server was so kind. Will be coming back for sure

We took the free trolley to Universal studios which was a nice touch. Please read the fine print as the resort and parking fees added up - especially since we had 6 rooms. They did not give us a break on the resort fees, even though they acknowledged how much money we spent ($1000 in resort fees alone). We did not eat on the resort and enjoyed the surrounding restaurants. The kids enjoyed the pool as some of the water slides were closed during the stay (again, making the sting of the fees hurt even more). We had views of the parking lot. Our flight was at 10 pm and they made us pay $45 for a 4pm checkout . So, they get you every way with the fees. Although the rooms were cleaned on 2 days, they were not cleaned on the other 2. We made our own beds and they were just as comfortable. I often travel this week to Orlando each year, but might try a different resort the next time.

All around very great stay from the beds to the water park. The family had a great time. Erik was great and very helpful and helped us out and into our rides. Very happy with the stay and everyone there. The breakfast if you get it included is worth it. Very good food and the staff were awesome.
