Deception and Lies Promises mean nothing here

Just spoke with Gabi the manager there and caught her in a number of lies as if I wasn’t an Ambassador guest and Lifetime Platinum that I am! At Marriott’s most loyal customer tier we believe we deserve to at least be treated with respect and not be played games with when we simply call and ask to redeem a comped return stay on their busy season (the same busy season we spent our last vacation there that was ruined by the hotel for not paying attention to my strict allergy notes and preferences that were more than well documented on my Ambassador notes and stay.

Do the Four Seasons, 100%
They deducted every single point out of my Marriott account AFTER I left the property because the way they ran my card triggered fraud so it declined, so they went in and hacked my account and took thousands of dollars worth of points for some extra charges.

Great food offerings all day , friendly and very helpful staff who greet you by name and remembered us from our last visit, and a very comfortable space to relax in after a day at Universal.
The hotel has a beautiful pool area on a large property that includes a first rate golf course, a nature area and an adjoining JW that has a great lazy river and legit water slide. This is the perfect place to relax after the theme parks and was only a short uber from Universal . Don’t take a car to Universal as the lines were really long for parking and an easy drop off for uber.
I want to particularly recognize Trish and Sheila in the club floor lounge who took such great care of us and were so kind with my daughter who has allot of anxiety. We could not have had better service. Look forward to next year’s visit.

Perfection.

Repeat guests here for a big attraction convention and there is no place other I would stay. Repeat guests here for a big attraction convention and there is no place other I would stay. It’s empty this time of year before Thanksgiving which helps but the property is immaculate, the grounds and pool are tight, the spa is exceptional and the CLub Level is a treat if you can swing it. We brought some new folks with us for their first visit and first RC Club experience and they thought it was majestic. It just makes it so easy and not to have to bring your wallet out for everything, plus the ladies and gentlemen up there are world class.
It’s super quiet compared to Disney or conference hotels, but that’s what you are hoping for in our situation. Can’t say enough about it - don’t think twice!
