I called the front desk to explain the situation and the answer was, set the AC to 60° and turn the fan on. The housekeeping came and cleaned the room but it didn't solve the problem. I called the desk and told them the problem was not fixed and they asked me.
What do I want them to do? I was working with the manager "Ramon" he was very polite, but did not solve my problem. I stayed for one week having to choose between extremely strong mold smell or extremely cold to help get rid of the smell (I guess the ac get rid of the humidity)

To summarize my visit, it was horrible. The Jacuzzi was gross. I wouldn’t let my dogs swim in it.

The Jacuzzi was disgusting scum all around it mold growing on the filtration cover scum floating on top of the water. The big pool was supposed to be heated. It wasn’t. I was refunded my resort fee and then recharged it and for complaining because the hotel had a scummy Jacuzzi. They had me trespassed by Kissimmee deputies for complaining. I would…

I needed somewhere to stay closer to the Convention Center at reasonable price. This Hotel was the perfect fit. Very reasonably priced, clean room, comfortable bed and a very decent breakfast buffet (pay) but worth it. Didn't get to enjoy the pool but it looked pretty nice.
A little tough getting in and out of with the traffic but just be patient.…

They charge resort fee but the resort is not what it is said to be, the wood for the stairs up the slide seemed like it was rotting, most floaties were deflated, tables and chairs dirty, no landscaping executed in very long time. The corners of the room and under the bed seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, the hallway had a odd smell.
My bathroom had few things broken, including the bath fan. Some employees try their best and are nice. Although all the life guards were on their phones or smartwatches the entire time while there were children in the pool and lazy river, only one dark blonde young lady was very responsible and attentive. The pool was not clean and spa was filled with excessive chlorine. This hotel has the structure to be a resort but isn’t well kept. Truly disappointed.
I do not recommend, very expensive for what they offer.

We have just finished a week’s stay at Red Lion hotel. What a great find, we booked very last minute for a week and picked this hotel for its cost, location and reviews.
The hotel staff are all really friendly and welcoming.
The pool is one of the hotel’s best features, clean, lots of loungers and a lazy river with a slide which was an additional bonus. It also felt really safe with several life guards around.
The rooms were clean and well appointed. There is a fridge, microwave and safe. Whilst there wasn’t an in-room coffee maker they offered free coffee in the lobby every morning. Room cleaning is on request which was fine for us as we didn’t need it serviced every day. It was a bit loud at night and in the mornings with people starting their days early (5:30am) and coming home late, but that can’t be helped.
There are lots of shops and restaurants around with Perkins, Walgreens and 7/11 just across the street. Other restaurants were a quick walk and Target a 5min drive.
Disney is only 15mins away and Universal 20mins.
We would happily stay at this hotel again. Thanks for a great stay!
