We had a great stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. My only complaint was not knowing the kid zone was not open. It was the main selling point on this hotel for us. Other than that it was nice having the Starbucks, sushi pizza and bar all on site.

The unit was comfortable except two issues that I brought up at the front desk: 1) the plumbing in the bathroom sinks need oiling as they were difficult to turn; 2) the garbage bin smelled even though it was empty. The hotel is very comfortable, very clean and the staff was great. The only issue we had was the music on Saturday night, 12/14/24 was extremely LOUD and didn't stop till 11 PM. Not all of want to hear the music till 11. We were on the 5th floor and it was LOUD! Also, when my wife called the front desk to complain, the phone was answered by AI and… Read more

Clean, but no hot water at all. Crushed gold fish crackers in hallway during our entire stay. 50+ kids in pool and noise level was crazy. 10:15pm noise going strong. Went to pay my bill at grill and it said gratuity included, so I underlined it and didn’t add additional tip. Got a email from my credit card company that said I left a 307% tip. … Read more

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was excellent. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was fantastic. My family and I enjoyed our stay, even if it was only one night. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We loved the hotel’s makeover since our last stay in 2019.
