Mixing this with the opportunity to get some pretty good food anytime while on-site made it a perfect fit for our family! The food places downstairs have good breakfast options, and the pizza is decent (The pepperoni is tiny). The restaurant offers good choices, and the delivery to the room was at very good times throughout the day.
I will say that the BEST part of the Hotel is the people! We were treated kindly and warmly by Sofie when we checked in. She really helped us out with some great advice and great service! The next day and subsequent days we were helped out by Sabrina and she was just as amazing to help us! They were kind, helpful, AND very knowledgeable. They knew the answers and were able to help with just about every question we had. Them and the first people, the attendants for valet, made our impressions from start to finish enjoyable and positive!
The location from Disney Springs is perfect. It's a super-short walk on the bridge and it's at a great entrance that you are led to. This Hilton has the entire package.
