We love the Buena Vista Palace Hilton the access to Disney Springs and the lazy river is so relaxing. The towels provided by the pool are a great perk. Met Tig Ambassador and she was explained everything about Hilton Honors. She was so informative

We had a great time here; it’s close to all of the stops we intended for a quick mini vacation during the holiday season. The staff are all friendly and offering special deals. Chasity was really nice and welcoming. This is our second time checking in this hotel and we plan on booking future stays for our access to Disney Springs and Disney parks.

We were fortunate enough to meet Tig and she was amazing! We also loved the female chef cooking the made-to-order omelettes. She was new, but she did a fantastic job. Hoping they can start offering free parking for the Hilton Grand Vacations tours…!

When I arrived, I was locked out of my room for an hour because the door ran out of battery and there is no desk to go down to talk to anyone. So I had to walk around aimlessly looking for someone to help me for 15 minutes. The shower is cold and I have to walk forever to get anywhere.
