Was not given the QR for park shuttle and any question asked (ex local breakfast) was told repeatedly “resort is self service” Regardless of my question. Best part was the brother duo taxi service! We felt safe and never had to worry about a ride!

Perfect location! Everything was excellent! 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom plus washer and dryer with a full kitchen and balcony and a pull out sofa bed, was perfect for my family vacation. Bonus thing is it's next to outlet shops! I am definitely going to stay there again.

After a quick switch to a room with A/C everything was great! The staff were awesome and accommodating. We'd stay again! We had everything we needed in our room and everyone was comfortable. Thank you Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa! Merry Christmas!

Very nice resort adequate parking and great location, close to disney attractions.
outlet mall nearby. very quiet. would stay here again. we bought drinks at the pool bar , excellent service and reasonable prices. We arrived early and was allowed to checkin..Did not get a chance to go the Irish pub on the premises.
