The front desk team,including Jatniel, always have a smile on their face and resolved our issues and made it right for us.
Imane in the restaurant is super sweet and delivers great service during breakfast. We appreciated her lovely personality and engagement.
What makes this hotel better than many, is the people that work there. All very friendly, but the most amazing person we encountered (on multiple visits) is Karren from the bar in the restaurant.
He is simply the nicest, most attentive person. Very sweet to my mother and always there for a good laugh! He is what makes you want to stay again and again!
Oh, and he makes great cocktails too!
Overall, a very nice stay.

Had a fantastic experience at American kitchen bar and grill. The service was top notch all thanks to our waiter imane. She was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Only downside to the room is there is no microwave but overall it was a good experience at this hotel.

Thanks for the nice stay. We had breakfast in the main restaurant. Imane was fantastic as our server. She helped us with a special order as my wife is gluten free. They made pastries just for her. Great experience. This type of service makes you want to return.

Jatniel checked us in and was more than friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. The room was amazing and more than spacious - shower and bathroom clean, and the bed was very comfortable. If you want a affordable place to stay near Disney Springs check this place out.
