Lake Buena Vista Queen View Rooms with a lake view and either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Disney View King Rooms with a view of the Disney Parks and Disney Springs,  with1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Disney View Queen Rooms with a view of the Disney Parks and Disney Springs with 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Queen Accessibility Rooms with bathroom accessible features and visual emergency alarm. 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Complimentary scheduled daily shuttle runs every day to all 4 Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, as well as Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. Self-parking $22 per night plus tax, valet parking $28 per night plus tax (payable locally, fee subject to change).

Oasis Restaurant (Poolside restaurant open 10:00am to 10:00pm), Joffrey’s Coffee Shop (7:00am to 11:00pm), Sundial Café (open 24 hours, offering quick self-service items), Eclipse Lounge (lobby bar serving cocktail and small plates, open from 4.00pm-midnight daily).

Booked our trip through Priceline. Verified prior to reservation with Priceline, that there were no additional fees. Charged more than $200 on arrival, for non disclosed resort fees. Showed written proof that reservation was paid in full to Priceline, but they wouldn’t budge. Priceline is now disputing on my behalf. No hot water for showers!… Read more

The complimentary bus to Disney Parks did not cover the time for the Mickey Christmas Party hours. The so called 3-star hotel experience was not up to standard. The complimentary Internet service will disconnect every 5 minutes. The complimentary bus to Disney Parks did not cover the time for the Mickey Christmas Party hours. It was so disappointed to have book for the party and the bus service does not work for that party hours. I only found out when I got to the hotel. It was my first time to Disney and that throw my vacation plan off. The bus service to the Parks is available to it is a shared service with other hotels and so buses took a long time because it has to go through all hotels. A few bus drives were rude. The buses do not have any sign on the front to tell you which parks they go and when asking the drive, he told me you can't read? I was lucky I was a English speaking person, can you imagine for other international travelers who first language is not English. The reason to book this hotel was because it was listed as part of Disney associated hotel with early park entries and complimentary bus services. For a 3-start hotel, if I knew the bus service was like that and the hotel cleanliness was that poor (e.g. hairdryer has sticky substances all over, paper cups only), I would have book another hotel along the same street. For a 7 days vacation, it was very disappointing. Read less

If like us, you are looking for a one night stop before checking into your Disney Hotel, this is an option...however be warned that beyond the facade there are some issues with the hotel itself. You definitely get what you pay for here...the lobby was loud, dirty, and they have an aggressive time share sales team that will try to take over your check in, just be firm with the "NO". The room itself was clean enough, but the tub didn't drain well and there is no fan in the bathroom. The lock on our door was sticky and you could hear everything in the hallway. If you are looking for a cheap stopover to only sleep, this is a good spot, just be mindful of the cons when booking. I don't think I would stay here again unless I really had to. The best part of our stay was the valet team, they were great! Read less
