Krystal was very organized and had my key ready even though my family checked in earlier.
She helped us with using my platinum reward meal credits. She also comped our parking because we are only staying the one night this time. I feel like home when I stay here for Orlando travel.

Krystal was amazing. It was my first time to be in the US so I had a lot of questions she answered them with a smile 😃 she wasn't irritated because I was asking a lot. All the stuff that I met there are good people very polite and friendly I would go back there over and over.
