750 rooms and suites. All with air-conditioning, 43" flat-screen TV, telephone, alarm clock, mini-fridge, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and complimentary WiFi access. 

Standard Rooms feature 2 queen-size beds sleeping maximum 4 persons.

Pool View rooms have 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 persons. 

2-Bedroom Suites feature a kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and picnic-style dining table. The first bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, and the second has 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 6 persons.

As a frequent Disney World guest, I did not know what to expect for my first trip to Universal with family for Rock The Universe. By far, Surfside Resort met and went beyond my expectations. From texting me about 1 week out to confirm/see if I needed any assistance to breezy check in! I loved the texting communication feature with hotel staff, all my questions via text were answered within minutes. My family & I utilized the hotel parks shuttle bus for our 3 day stay, which was a lifesaver for those late park adventures given Rock the Universe. Another perk of staying at this resort is you can utilize you room key card for locker rentals for many of Universal and Island of Adventure theme park rides. I had mine on a lanyard and it was brilliant! I also had my park purchased merch sent from the park to my hotel and picked up in Luggage Services so I did not have to carry bags of merchandise during my park days! The atmosphere was cheerful and sunny, along with the Beach Boys music (my favorite) playing intermittently in the lobby. The food court, store, and Starbucks were conveniently located for use! The parking garage was walkable distance to and from the lobby. The hotel was clean, safe and very family friend! Surf's UP, because I cannot wait to stay here again next year! 10/10 recommend. *10/10- staff assistance (via text as well) *10/10- parking/shuttle bus convenience/ hotel perks (i.e merch sent to the hotel for you) *10/10- safe and family friendly location *10/10- hotel cleanliness, spacious rooms, and amenities available (aka STARBUCKS FOR THE WIN!) Pool 5 stars. Always warm and clean Food 2 stars. Price and variety poor Front desk and check-in 1 star. housekeeping 1 star. constantly have to chase them to get anything done Location is good as restaurants in walking distance and short ride to park.

This hotel was clean and the staff friendly but I have NEVER stayed in a hotel with thinner walls. I understand this is a value hotel at UO but good grief, when you can hear the ppl in the next room sneeze that’s just too much. I did appreciate that there was no carpet in the room. I won’t ever stay here again. I will pay more for an upgraded… Read more

We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite and will never not book this room. Lots of room, great amenities in the room. The ‘kitchen’ was so nice to have to keep drinks and snacks for the park cold. Would have liked nicer towels, but there were plenty, would also like better toiletries (maybe contract with a nice company). Great to park in the garage… Read more

They say lightning doesn’t strike twice, well I can say it certainly does when it comes to the Universal Endless Resort Surfside in Orlando. This is our second time at this amazing hotel and once again it has made our recent holiday to Orlando just perfect. From the warm friendly welcome at reception where nothing is an issue and they have so much information to help you along with your holiday. The hotel is spotless with constant cleaning happening all around. We always feel safe and at home when we arrive and stay here. The location is brilliant with the constant flow of shuttle buses to and from Universal studios and Islands of adventure plus Volcano Bay. These shuttle buses are a game changer as you can decide what you want to do and at a time that suits you. The location of the I trolley outside both sides of the hotel let you freely roam other parts of Orlando including International drive, the shopping outlets and more. Our room was once again PERFECT. I cannot stress how well laid out these rooms are and the facilities included in your room from safe, hairdryer, iron, shower and hair products plus the two large beds and screen plus the view of the pool which is worth the extra few dollars. The management and staff deserve a very special mention as they are top class. So friendly, so helpful and just so professional at what they do. No matter where you encounter them from the pool, to the cafe to the reception and beyond, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. After many stays previous to 2023, we will now only stay at Universal Endless resort Surfside for all our visits to Orlando and I highly recommend that you take a look and try them out for your next holiday to Orlando. You will not be disappointed. We love it. Read less
