Nice hotel

I stayed here recently. It’s a mid range hotel. Although the Libby is pretty great. Parking is very easy. The location is perfect for Epcot and Hollywood studios. The pool area is very nice. I had a view of the Boardwalk itself which was very nice. It’s very clean.
Beautiful rooms but sadly this resort has slid back in our ranking

Boardwalk Villas has been my favourite DVC property for years now and it will forever hold a special place in my heart. The one bedroom villa we had was beautiful with phenomenal Disney theming (we preferred these rooms to the Beach Club and Animal Kingdom Villa rooms for this split stay) and you can’t beat the location. Prepare for a loud washer so definitely do your laundry before the kids are asleep (this applies to every villa we were at). Sadly we found the hot tub to be barely working, the pool area to feel lacklustre and the buskers to be nearly non-existent. I think every age range has a sweet spot and for a family with younger kids this is an ideal location (the community centre is top notch), but for a family with older kids I would recommend staying across the way at Beach Club.

Best Boardwalk

Love everything about Disney's Boardwalk. The Inn, the Villas, the shops, pools, service, and boardwalk itself. The easy walk to Epcot and little adventure to other hotels and Hollywood Studies are also great. Love being on the backside of Epcot, easy entry, and exit. Too bad Jellyrolls is going to be closing, but will give new Jazzclub a shot.
The best Disney hotel

A great hotel that far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa that had a fantastic view and everything we could need for this trip. It makes such a difference having kitchen and washing facilities available on a Disney trip.

Location wise it's the best Disney hotel, walking (or boat) distance to two parks and the bus journey to the other isn't long. Little bit annoying that the bus can sometimes be shares with Yacht and Beach club but hopefully Disney hear the feedback on this.
Food options are limited but what there is good. The other hotels around Cresent Lake have some great restaurants and Epcot is within walking distance.

Where’s the food?

The hotel is nice enough, it’s huge. Where is the food!? This hotel is very limited, especially for vegetarian or vegan travelers. Ordered from Uber eats, the parking attendant was telling her to leave, go around back. Are they embarrassed there is no food to eat here!?
