The hotel

Recently opened in November 2021, the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is an all-new, modern, boutique property within the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin complex. With one and two bedroom suites, there's oodles of room for groups and families, and floor-to-ceiling windows to grab the best views of the surrounding theme park land. You'll have your own restaurant, bar, swimming pool and health club, and what's more, you can take a short stroll over to the Swan and Dolphin hotels and use all the facilities on offer there too. And being just a quick walk or water taxi to Walt Disney World Resort itself, you can be on those adrenaline-fuelled rides before you know it.

349 rooms and suites acros 15 floors, all with air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi access, LCD TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, bottled water (replenished daily), tea and coffee-making facilities, microwave, mini fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and safe. 

One Bedroom Suites are 610sq ft, with separate living room featuring a sofa bed, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Two Bedroom Suites are 930sq ft, featuring a separate living room with sofa bed, one bedroom with a king-size bed, and the other bedroom with 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 6 adults and 4 children.

While the WDW Swan and Dolphin are in a fine location, be aware that they are not Disney owned hotels (Marriott owns them). I recently booked a stay which I had to cancel 3 days before due to a family situation. I was able to cancel my Disney “non refundable” reservations for a full refund with no problem. While the WDW Swan and Dolphin are in a fine location, be aware that they are not Disney owned hotels (Marriott owns them). I recently booked a stay which I had to cancel 3 days before due to a family situation. I was able to cancel my Disney “non refundable” reservations for a full refund with no problem. But the Swan refused to refund my one night deposit. I have re-booked for a later date a a Disney hotel on property at WDW. I would be very careful booking with the Swan and Dolphin, and choose a Disney owned hotel is at all possible. Read less

I have heard about bad service at disney hotels ..this is not the case with Swan reserve. Service is immaculate ..staff are helpful. I couldnt get a room update as property was full but that doesn't effect my review . Housekeeping is superb . The breakfast options are good..bar is nice but pricey :)- . Beautiful hotel. We had a suite with a lock off that was perfect for our family of 6. Had vouchers for a nice breakfast buffet. Now the negative! The transportation has changed. The boats to Epcot and Hollywood Studios are the same but the bus to Magic Kingdom drops you at the Transportation Center instead of at the gate. The bus to Disney… Read more

Our receptionist, Vee, could not have been kinder or more helpful. Vee not only fixed my problem she was able to upgrade us. We had a lovely room with an Epcot view of the fireworks. Spectacular! First Class, upscale Disney/Marriott property. Great location and easy access to parks via Boats, Buses, or walking. Restaurant within hotel is 1st class for breakfast; front desk associates on Sunday Dec 1 (4pm) were fabulous. Don't hesitate to reserve this spot!
