The hotel

Where is it

Nestled within the Noonu Atoll, a group of unspoilt islands just a 45 minute seaplane journey north of Malé (remember to pack light for the seaplane transfer as luggage allowance is 20kg plus 5kg hand luggage, per person).

Full Board option includes: the same meal options as the Half Board plan, with the addition of lunch at Iru, Reflections or Fluid Bar.

All Inclusive option includes: the same meal options as the Full Board plan, with the addition of 40% discount on food at Islander's grill at lunch and 50% discount on In villa dining (food only) at lunch and dinner. Enjoy selected beverages in all operational bars and restaurants, one snack per person, per day at Waters Edge from 11:00am-5:00pm, daily ice cream at La Cremeria, mini-bar with wine, beers, soft drinks, water, tea/coffee, and 4 coffee capsules, refilled once per day. All Inclusive of the following activities: stand up paddle boarding or kayaking (one hour per day, per villa). One local island experience excursion per person per stay. Deluxe Beach Villas with Pool are the same size and layout as the Deluxe Beach Villas, with the additional of a private pool stretching out onto the beach, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Family Deluxe Beach Villas with Pool are larger in size, with a sliding door separating the bedroom and living area, as well as a private pool stretching out onto the beach, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 3 children.

Pool Beach Villas feature a curved private pool with daybed and canopy, as well as a separate living area and bedroom with king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 3 children.

Water Villas are perched above the lagoon on stilts, with steps leading straight into the ocean, and feature a glass viewing floor, private sun deck, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Horizon Water Villas are similar to Water Villas, with the addition of an outdoor jacuzzi on the deck with uninterrupted ocean views, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Sunset Horizon Water Villas offers the same layout and features as the Horizon Water Villas, but are positioned for sunset views from the deck.

My wife and I had an amazing time! Our butler, Ali, was incredibly friendly and helpful too. We also loved all the food. One of the chefs, Enayet, was on the rice-noodle station at the buffet and made the best Pad Thai! He was also really friendly. All in all, the resort was such an amazing trip and we'll definitely be going back someday.

Wonderful holidays in an amazing resort animated by nice and kind staff, particularly our butler Nasif, and the kids club animators Monica and Leah. The diversity of the foods and the rest is a very good thing. Sunsiam should manage directly the seaplane trips to reduce its costs.

The resort is clean, easy to navigate around, has kids club from 0800-2100 which is helpful when they’re jet lagged. The rooms are spacious and the private pool and outdoor space is ideal when you want to relax in privacy. All members of staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Our 11 month old was a handful at meal times and on several occasions, staff offered to hold him so we could eat. Aalam was our butler and he went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. This was ideal for families with young children. Restaurants open at 6.30pm but our kids eat at 5 so we fed them at Fluid and waters edge bar. It’s really safe and we felt comfortable with our 6 and 3 yr old running off during breakfast / meal times at the buffet to get what they liked. Staff speak excellent English ( I think some even spoke Russian) which made communication really easy. We enjoyed walking back to the room but if the kids ever got tired it was really easy to get a buggy. We had the All inc package and never once felt that we couldn’t find something that we enjoyed. I must say, by the end of the trip, I was starting to crave something a bit different, however, we didn’t book any of the non inclusive restaurants. Read less

One of the best resorts I have visited. Very beautifull place with well maintained resort and lot yo do with the family. Excellent service and food offering! Island offers lot to do for the whole family from snorkling on reef to different sports options as well.

This was our first time in Maldives and choosing Sun Siyam Iru Fushi made our trip an unforgettable one. We stayed 11 nights and since day one, we were amazed by the amazing customer service and friendliness of the staff. Every day they greeted us with a smile (in the morning, afternoon, and evening) and asked how our day was going. The excursions are amazing! We enjoyed it a lot! We did some snorkeling and saw lots of fish, sea turtles, sting rays, marble rays, etc. The food is BOMB. There are various cuisines that you can try and all of them are very good. My personal favorite restaurant is Bamboo. The spa is THE BEST. I went back 3 times because their services are just that good and there are so many options. The environment is very very relaxing. Special shoutouts to: - Naveen, our butler, who is always there for us, answering our questions and assisting us all the time. We're very glad and thankful for him as he made our stay very smooth. Sometimes we don't need to let him know what we need or want to book. He just does it. It's like he can read our minds on what we want and we're amazed by it. He really cared about us and ensured that we were having a blast (which we were). - Naresh and Suchi made our stay fun and memorable. We always look forward to go to Bamboo not only because of food, but also because of them. The small talks, laughs and jokes that we shared while dining in Bamboo are one of our highlights. - Anna and Edwin (from the Spa) made sure that we were being taken care of.
