Heavenly Junior Suites are in a lovely location, just footsteps away from the Indian Ocean, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children (or 1 child and 1 infant).

Heavenly Family Junior Suites are located on the ground and first floors, with 1 king-size bed and a day bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 infant or 2 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. Special amenities include a travel journal and colouring pencils, local activity guide and in-room cookies/treats.

Wellbeing Suites are extremely spacious with a large terrace, lounge and dining areas, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults (plus an infant).

Banyan Suites are pure luxury and offer direct access to the beach, with 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (or 1 child and 1 infant).

Beachfront Suites offer pure luxury, with 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (or 1 child and 1 infant).

If there was ever heaven on earth, this would be it. Absolutely luxurious, tropical, and beautiful. The food is excellent and be sure to have the breakfast buffet which overlooks the ocean and has everything you can think of! Even champagne and mimosas !!!! The General Manager Jameel is the best GM I’ve ever encountered anywhere in the world. He personally greeted us, checked in on us, and even accompanied us to our room and carried our bags for us. Jameel is a hands-on GM and his staff reflect his management style of excellence. I also want to make sure I mention a really great young man at reception names Mummazzil. Outstanding in every way and a true gentleman. He and Jameel treated us like we were the most important guests they ever had! Thank you so very much. The property and grounds are like living in a tropical rain forest. Flowers, greenery, and palm trees everywhere, all in perfect condition. There really is no better place in all of Mauritius to stay than at the Westin Turtle Bay. And it was so much fun eating lunch on the beach and by the pool! They serve you wonderful food and a very very reasonable price. We cannot say enough about how good this resort is. Complimentary kayaks, sailboats, snorkeling, glass bottom boat as well as a dive center right there! And finally, there are lots of complimentary activities during the day and every night there is a party for sunset with live music right on the sand. If there were 10 stars, the Westin deserves it. Great location and wonderful experience

We decided on this hotel resort for a two week Mauritius holiday and it was an excellent choice! Perfect location, lovely beach with fantastic snorkeling areas, great pools, spa, fitness facilities and restaurants, well maintained infrastructure and well kept landscaping make for an idyllic experience. The customer service was exceptional, from room allocation to our preference, to every day attention to detail we were well looked after. The culinary offerings were amazing (but pricy). I’d recommend renting a vehicle to explore the island for stays of more than a week and for the opportunity to sample local cuisine. Read less

In January 2025, my wife, daughter, stepson, and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at The Westin Mauritius for nine unforgettable nights. From start to finish, the staff treated us like royalty, and the impeccable service made our stay nothing short of exceptional. Every request we made—whether it was about our room, meals, or cleaning—was handled with the utmost care and professionalism, ensuring our stay was flawless at every stage. A special mention must go to Mr. Ravi, the sommelier, whose dedication and kindness truly made our stay remarkable. Not only is he a highly experienced wine expert, but he also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. He took a genuine interest in our family, going out of his way to prepare special treats, drinks, and desserts for my daughter, always ensuring she felt cared for and pampered. His warmth and attention to detail left an indelible mark on us. The pool and beach teams, particularly Jerom, Nass, and Steeven, worked tirelessly to ensure we had a memorable experience. They were always attentive and willing to go above and beyond for us. At the pool bar, the restaurant manager Pradeep, along with Avinash, Kam, and Kavish, impressed us with their exceptional service. They even surprised my wife and daughter with creative and delicious cocktails, adding a personal touch that made every moment feel special. The front desk manager, Mr. Ravi, was another standout member of the team. His professionalism, helpful nature, and willingness to go the extra mile made a big difference during our stay. The housekeeping team, led by their supervisor (a small, mid-aged gentleman in a black uniform whose name we regret forgetting), alongside Rozia and her team, did an outstanding job. Our room was always immaculate, with meticulous attention to detail to ensure it met the exacting needs of our daughter, who has allergies. Their hard work and thoughtfulness truly stood out and were deeply appreciated. At the Seasonal Tastes restaurant, the food was simply the best of the best. The buffet was consistently outstanding, offering an incredible variety of dishes that were both fresh and delicious. A big thanks to Adarsh, whose attentive service made our meals even more enjoyable. We also dined at the Fusion and Kangan restaurants, where the food was equally tasty and delicious. A heartfelt thank you to all the chefs who made every meal a culinary delight. We were also grateful for the hotel’s generosity in extending our stay free of charge due to our late-night flight. This thoughtful gesture made our departure much more comfortable and stress-free. Because of the dedication and hard work of the incredible staff at The Westin, we are already planning our return. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and their warm smiles, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made this a vacation we will never forget.
