Our room was clean, products wonderful and the mattress and cushions extremely comfortable. We had access to the business lounge here too staff were outstanding, area was clean and food delicious. Breakfast at the Westside is probably the best hotel Breakfast we have had. Again, cleanliness was tops, variety and presentation perfect and everything fresh and very tasty. Our spa experience was also wonderful. The staff professional, friendly and the facilities clean and wonderful. Check in/ out and valet service were excellent and professional too. We will definitely be returning soon. This rates as one of our best hotel experiences.

I bought a massage for my dad who is 70 as a birthday present. I literally begged them to make sure it's a professional treatment as my dad is old and fragile.
1. The charged him for what I already paid for
2. He paid an additional 100 shekels for parking
3. The massage was only 45 mins
4. It was bad and not professional

Spent a fun day at the spa and pool. We started the day with a fantastic breakfast. Then onto the spa. Sauna and Turkish hamam. Had a wonderful message. Spent time at the pool. Great views of the sea. Staff are all very pleasant. Everything is clean. In short I highly recommend a day day at the Royal Beach hotel Tel Aviv!

Very clean and comfortable room on the 12th floor. Modern decor and a nice balcony. Staff attentive and welcoming and helpful. Arrived at midday and our room was ready, despite being told no check in before 3pm so that was a lovely bonus. Would stay again although not cheap.

Excellent service - the staff was wonderful and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the pool is wonderful. Close to the Carmel Market, Dizengoff, and all the places you want to see in Tel Aviv. The breakfast was extraordinary. Great place to stay in Tel Aviv - right on the beach. I highly recommend this hotel.
