Had a wonderful experience of afternoon tea at Level 45. The food was lovely and service was excellent. The staff were super friendly and courteous. Special thanks to Neha our server.

I stayed at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers between Jan 9-12th, 2025 and encountered several issues that are unacceptable for a hotel of this level. My original booking was for 3,065 AED + 7,000 points, no breakfast included. Upon check-in, I explicitly requested to add breakfast for two days, and I paid for it during the check-in. The following morning, I went to grab a quick coffee and croissant as I was rushing to a meeting. However, I was approached by one of the staff members saying that I did not pay for breakfast, Despite showing the proof of payment, I was denied access unless I paid additional charges. This was both disappointing and embarrassing, as it happened in front of other guests. Upon raising the issue with the reception, they claimed they have received payment only for base rate+1 day of breakfast, which did not make any sense. Even though I kept showing the charge on my bank account I was shown some screenshots from their system, which are neither a bank statement nor a cheque, and basically did not prove anything to me. I am writing this review on 29/01/2025 and the issue has not been addressed still, as I still see the same charge on my bank account, instead of just the base rate of 3,065AED. To be fair I was offered to have a complimentary breakfast the next morning, however I can still see that my card was charged for 1 day of breakfast. All in all, there have been 3 issues: 1. The check-in personnel not including breakfast in my rate, even though it has been paid for. 2. The staff at the restaurant addressed the situation very poorly, asking me to pay 80 dirhams for a coffee and croissant when I paid the full breakfast rate is nerve wracking. 3. Finance team has not made any adjustments so far. This experience reflects poor coordination/communication between staff members or systems in place, and also lack of professionalism. I do not have any further demands, nor do I care about reimbursement. As much as I liked the hotel, my 2 day only trip was spoiled because of the above mentioned. I had to spend time and energy on something so immaterial and at the same time unacceptable at this price point and for a hotel of this level. Read less

We have been returning to the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers regularly since 2013 - and for good reason. This hotel is far more than just a luxurious accommodation, it is a place where hospitality, elegance and excellent service merge in a unique way. Every time you enter the imposing lobby, you sense the special character of this hotel that has become a home away from home: an atmosphere of timeless elegance coupled with warmth that makes all the difference. At Etihad Towers, the focus is not only on luxury, but also on the people who make every guest feel welcome with passion and dedication. We have known many of them for years - and they have known us. Their warmth and professionalism create a bond that goes far beyond the usual. This is precisely why we feel not just like guests here, but like part of a big family. I would therefore like to say a special thank you to the concierge & front office team. Solaiman, Raj, Maggie, Salisha, Ronald and Nelly. They provide an outstanding guest service. The rooms offer a breathtaking view of the sea or the Abu Dhabi skyline. The attention to detail in the service is particularly impressive: from the very first moment, personal preferences are taken into account, which makes the stay special every time. I would also like to say a special thank you to our room attendant May, who always made our rooms perfect. The gastronomic variety is a highlight. Whether it's the Rosewater buffet restaurant with its exquisite selection, the Nahaam with its relaxed pool ambience or the legendary breakfast every morning with a selection that leaves nothing to be desired - the Conrad is in a culinary league of its own. The special moment in the morning, the welcome by Leticia at the Rosewater reception desk and the professional service at the table by Koffi and Sophia. For us, there is no better place in Abu Dhabi. If you are looking for luxury with soul, the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is the perfect retreat. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Read less

There is an Observation Deck on 74th floor to get the best view of Abu Dhabi in 360 degrees. There is a cafeteria too for beverages while enjoying views and sunsets. It's free for residents of the hotel. This is the tallest building in Abu Dhabi

Best memories at Abu Dhabi

This is the last day at Abu Dhabi. We went to rose water restaurant at Comrade hotel. And Mandip- supervisor at the restaurant is really friendly. Let us like this hotel and this City. We think we will come back. Next time to Comrade Hotel Abu Dhabi pls ask Mandip- supervisor for help.
