I’m not going to point fingers to anyone, this is just a reminder to everyone reading this that your belongings aren’t safe even if someone tries to convince you otherwise.
The least that hotel management should do is inform their guests that their belongings aren’t safe at the pool…
Definitely I wasn’t expecting that something like this can happen in a hotel with this reputation, having in mind it’s a 5-star hotel, and especially the city where is located.

Great experience staying at the iconic Emirates Palace Hotel. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the property to the fullest due to late checkin, but would love to come back again soon. All staff including the concierge team is very helpful and cordial. Alex and Brendan helped me with my special request. Thanks guys

Very spectacular hotel, magnificent decoration. There is a lovely Chinese girl named Hui at the front desk. She patiently answered my various questions and introduced the hotel facilities in detail. The breakfast was very rich and the waiter was busy but not chaotic. The overall feeling was very good. I will come back again.
