Plenty of self parking spaces, great rooms which allow even 2 adults and 2 children below 18 years, really appreciated. Big breakfast with a lot of choices, pleasant pool deck. The friendliest and most attentive team members are in the restaurants and cafe.
To be improved:
Most of the time the electric car park spaces with charging sockets are blocked by petrol cars and we saw even valet drivers parking petrol cars over there.
It seems that Management has never been to the pool deck on a weekend as guests face 3 different music types. 1st the pool background music which fine, 2nd loud base from DJ at Cafe del Mar club which is connected to Hilton, 3rd loud live music of the Irish Pub with doors wide open and drunk people yelling on the terrace next to kids playing on the grass lawn! Please change such experience.
Please stop preparing dozens of omlets and fried eggs at 7 am when there are hardly guests at breakfast and storing them for the later crowd. Instead, increase the capacity for live stations. Fresh tasts so much better.
As a regular guest and HH member, I never understood why there is not a simple 'welcome back' like many other 5 star brands do. Reception service is very static, no memorable experience, but I believe that's typical for Hilton hotels.

Had the best time at this hotel! The weather was a perfect constant 25 degrees for us. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was amazing with a massive choice - if a little hectic with how busy it was (wouldn’t like to go in high season!). Evening meal food was good if not a little samey after a few nights. Very nice hospitality, fast service, clean rooms. We satisfied completely with our stay at Hilton.
We loved the backside restaurants and view. Also it well managed for theme parks transportation and park passes, kids enjoyed fully. Overall it is wonderful experience.
