The hotel

This sparkling Jumeirah resort sits on arguably the best stretch of sand on Saadiyat Island, a unique eco-destination which balances luxury with sustainability. 296 elegant rooms and suites, majority of which are sea-facing with comfortable seating on a private balcony or terrace with garden access. All rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bath, air conditioning, coffee/tea making facilities, iron and ironing board, mini bar*, and hair dryer.

Resort Deluxe rooms offer views of the resort from the balcony or terrace. sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 11). 

Half board includes: breakfast and dinner in selected restaurants (excludes beverages).

Full board includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner in selected restaurants (excludes beverages).

Ocean Terrace Rooms are on the ground floor with an extended terrace and garden views, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Ocean Deluxe Rooms are overlooking the resort with showcasing the turquoise blue water on Saadiyat Island. Existing in harmony with the ocean, calm and neutral hues create an aura of understated elegance, and the cool interiors are enhanced by jewel-toned accessories. Family Rooms are two guaranteed connecting Ocean Deluxe Rooms, one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 2 children.

70 incredible suites including 28 Panoramic Ocean Suites with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, which can open up to take advantage of the sea breeze.

Wasitha was great, went for Christmas brunch was really enjoyable. Food was great, sushi was the highlight. Wasitha was very attentive and looked after us all very well. Drinks variety was fantastic for value. Deserts were very well presented.

If you're shivering at home and looking for a blast of winter sunshine then look no further than the Jumeirah Saadiyat. This is a 5 star hotel that actually delivers a 5 star experience. It's a beautifully designed hotel, superbly maintained and run by an absolutely charming team who consistently go the extra mile to make your stay special. Our room (2 bedroom ocean family suite) had 2 large en-suite bedrooms connected by a very comfortable and spacious living area. All 3 rooms had large and very private balconies with dreamy views to the ocean. The bathrooms are luxurious, the beds huge and you don't hear your neighbours at all. That means you sleep deeply and drift off to the sound of the rolling waves. After breakfast at White (always delicious) we spent our days surfing, sunbathing and snoozing on stunning Saadiyat beach. It truly does have turquoise waters and white sands and there is something quite spectacular about the Abu Dhabi skyline silhouetted in the distance, especially at sunset. Lunch was at the pool bar and early evenings were spent in the world class spa (sauna , steam, salt room, ice bath, outdoor jacuzzi). We had one evening of treatments and once again were bowled over by the excellence of the offering. Try the Royal Ottoman Hammam which is quite a journey but left me feeling energised and cleansed from top to toe. For dinner we tried Tean (Levantine), Mare Mare (Italian - our favourite) and White (unbelievable buffet) and all were truly superb. If you do get time visit the Grand Mosque which, amongst many things, is an architectural masterpiece. Thank you to all the team at the Jumeirah and a brief mention to Othmane in the pool bar who can take a large order from memory (gone are those days for me) and sums up the extra mile ethic of the wonderful team. I had the privilege of staying in a luxurious two-bedroom villa at this stunning hotel on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. The property exceeded expectations in many ways, with amazing amenities, breathtaking views, and an incredible beachfront that feels like paradise. The villa itself was beautifully designed and provided a serene and comfortable retreat. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to a spectacular beach and a tranquil environment. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always eager to assist. However, while the overall service was excellent, the butler service could use some improvement. Attention to detail and responsiveness in this area fell short of the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. Despite this minor hiccup, my experience was overwhelmingly positive. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious getaway, whether for relaxation or a special occasion. I look forward to visiting again! Read less
