We had an unforgettable vacation and can highly recommend the hotel! It is simply top-notch – not only because of the great facilities but especially because of the wonderful people working there. From the very first moment, we felt right at home.
We would like to especially highlight the fantastic staff: The animation talents Laura and Yana did their job with so much heart and energy, making sure we had a lot of fun. We would also like to give a special thanks to Shmajo – such a kind and wonderful employee! The team in the restaurant, at the beach, by the pool, the housekeeping staff, and the reception were all consistently friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. The love for children was evident everywhere, which made our family stay even more special.
The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. We met many lovely people who work there, making our vacation an unforgettable experience. We are sure we will book this hotel again – an all-around wonderful stay! A big thank you to the entire team!

I’m currently staying at the Saadiyat Rotana (Jan 2025) and this is a review of my week long stay.
First the good:
- The staff are incredible and work very hard. Waiter, Kennedy, is beyond brilliant and incredible at his job.
- The rooms are clean and comfortable.
- The beach is breathtakingly beautiful with plenty of space.
- The buffet in Sim Sim is huge and varied.
The bad:
- The music is RELENTLESS all around the resort. From dawn to dusk there is music being pumped out of every speaker and it’s incredibly loud. It really ruins sitting round the pool. It’s a family resort - turn the music off or at least give guests some brief respite from it!
- The rooms are not soundproofed. You can hear everything from upstairs including opening curtains, people talking, and footsteps.
- The gastro pub is weird and not what you’d want in a nice hotel.
In general, it’s a nice hotel but if you’re expecting quiet, calm, relaxing vibes this isn’t it. I won’t stay again purely cause I don’t want to listen to Justin Bieber and Coldplay songs all day every day.
