Where is it

Situated along the picturesque Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) area, which is a popular waterfront community in Dubai, known for its stunning beachfront views, upscale shopping, dining options and vibrant atmosphere. The beach is just across the road. 30 minutes away from the centre of Dubai. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 45 minutes.

Close the door and it is quiet. Gym: good size and very good equipped. Spa: we had the Massage, perfekt relaxing at a fair price. Staff: Never before we had such friendly and courteos people in a hotel/Restaurant. Thank s to all of you for giving us a " home feeling." Breakfast: Everything you want to have on a breakfast...everything and the extra "orientals" too. Everything was always fresh and tasteful. Coffee and Juices delicious. Dinner: we had half board and we choose the dinner for that. Good decision, very good decision ... You can choose between 2 Restaurants and the pub. At the Italian you can choose a la carte from a 3 coarse menue. We can tell you, delicious and tasteful. On 3 evenings there we swapped through the card and every single bit was perfect. At the japanese/American you can choose for a 6 coarse menue... The same here, allways good variety and taste. Complaints: No... 0 The only thing where you have to be patient are the elevators. Very patient... If we ever have the chance and will to come back to dubai, this hotel will definitely be our choice again. Read less

Excellent facilities at this hotel and services provided by hotel staff was feeling like at home. highly recommend this. very good breakfast, dinner facilities. Hotel location and view from the room is impressive. Professional high quality standard maintained at hotel.

Mohiuddin just a terrible employee. He refused all requests to charge the phone. the person is most dissatisfied with his work and it is written on his face. He made me wait 13 minutes to place an order, even though he was already on the spot. Not recommended

The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. The pools were out of service and no one informed us at the check in. The room was accessed regardless of the do not disturb sign was on the door. The valet hit my car into a wall and claimed they had nothing to do with it

Just returned from 4 nights at the Amwaj Rotana what an excellent experience. Lovely really clean hotel with excellent service from all the employees nothing is too much. It was my 50th Birthday whilst there and the hotel really pushed the boat out for me. Thanks - I would definitely recommend this hotel.
