The Banyan Tree, Dubai truly exceeded all our expectations and was perfect for our young family. The staff made travelling with our 15-month-old daughter so much easier and ensured our trip was both relaxing and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the team warmly welcomed us and our daughter instantly making us feel comfortable and at home. No request was too much trouble and they always went above and beyond. Having stayed in many hotels, I can confidently say the service here is by far the best - absolutely flawless with not a single fault or complaint. In preparation for our stay the team had thoughtfully set up a cot bed with fresh sheets, a quilt and a soft toy in our room. They also provided a steriliser and gave us the option to request a microwave if needed. They ensured our daughter had her morning and evening milk and even arranged for her dinner to be prepared and delivered to our room every morning evening before we headed out for meals so she could sleep in her buggy. These little details made all the difference. The room was cleaned to an impeccable standard and the housekeeping team were so polite and friendly. During the day, we enjoyed easy access to the pool and beach, just a short 100-yard walk away. The nearby beach walk which connects to the Delano Hotel was a lovely addition to our daily routine. We’d like to give a special mention to Sanjay from the breakfast team who made sure we were always well looked after. His attentiveness and kindness stood out and made our mornings so enjoyable. Cherry was also brilliant with our daughter, taking the time to chat with us and making sure we were comfortable - she built such a lovely relationship with our daughter. At the pool, Michael provided exceptional service, always ensuring we were well-fed, hydrated, and happy. His positive attitude and dedication truly made our stay extra special and we are so grateful for his treatment during our stay - he is a true asset to the Banyan Tree team. The entire staff was incredible - so warm, accommodating, and genuine. It was such a refreshing experience. The food was another highlight. I’m often hesitant about half-board or all-inclusive options but the dining here was excellent. Breakfast was incredible, with options like fresh pastries, fruit, and yoghurt, alongside dishes such as full-American breakfast, eggs on sourdough with avocado, crepes, waffles, halloumi with pomegranate, and more. The coffee was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the spicy margaritas by the pool. We dined at all the on-site restaurants and a few at the sister hotel, Delano. Our favourites were Blue Door with its stunning setting and incredible food, as well as Alizee and Tutto Passa. Alizee has an excellent evening menu and I’d highly recommend the baby chicken - full of flavours. Demon Duck, while highly recommended didn’t quite meet our expectations. The service felt slower compared to other venues, and on our second visit, my starter arrived cold. While the food was still good, it lacked the wow factor we experienced elsewhere - though it’s worth noting that others seem to love it, so perhaps we were just unlucky. Overall, The Banyan Tree Dubai gave us a holiday to remember. The exceptional staff, family-friendly touches, and incredible dining made our stay so special. Amazing experience. The staff are sooo attentive. The hotel is beautiful. The BBQ by the pool was so good we went twice. The staff that looked after us throughout our stay made our stay memorable. I would love to name all the staff especially Neeraj, Mathew & Chef Sanjay. Thank you all very much. A big WOW to the Banyan Tree team.

All on high level. Very nice reception stuff as well as stuff on the beach and pool area. Food is excellent specially grill BBQ in the pool. Perfect sent and open sea. Clean blue water!

It's difficult to choose where to stay for vacation in Dubai but this hotel is the perfect one for many reasons; the location within Dubai is perfect to stay there permanently as well as to explore the city. 2. Being an asian hotel brand it has a relaxing feel, nice design and good service. We would go back there happily.
