Incredible experience and the staff are amazing. Every single member was so helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Wasim and Roy for organizing a wonderful 21st surprise for my sisters 21st. Their attention to detail and helpful organization was 10/10. We had a wonderful day and look forward to returning again soon.

Very kind staff like Joseph, madhu and cherry Anne very kind and quality food overall a very good experience at this place and would highly recommend to other people if you are coming with kids because the staff are very friendly with them and kind .

This hotel is amazing. We have stayed at many 5* hotels and travel often, this hotel exceeded expectation. The staff particularly were kind, helpful and always on point. This hotel gives a private feel and there is great choice of private beach and pool spots with attentive staff always on hand. The room was cleaned spotlessly, every moment of the day we stepped in the room it was immaculate with wonderful features such as little gifts and candles. Super comfy bed and never woken by any noise. Location is tucked away yet walking distance from all main parts of JBR beach. Gym was very good to tie us over, we didn't use the spa. Restaurants were also very nice cannot say enough that the staff really make this hotel a super 5* experience. Would highly recommend and will be returning. Read less

We were lucky to stay at Banyan Tree Dubai for our honeymoon. The quality of the place, the food and the service is second to none. I would strongly recommend to couples and families with kids. Special shoutout to Michael who was particularly kind and gentle.
