The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, but still “humane” and has an extremely efficient and attentive staff. Often a hotel at this level is efficient but with “cold” service and that definitely does not happen at the Burj Al Arab. I would like to highlight the service provided by the concierge on our floor (12th floor), Rhoda, who was wonderful!!! The breakfast was excellent, as was the spa area and the restaurants! And our suite was a “fairy tale”. In short, these were perfect days for this celebration!
