Can't fault our stay

We stayed the week before Christmas and had a wonderful time. All of the staff were cheerful and helpful. The pools and beach were lovely, the food amazing. The only thing that could affect your stay is the sound of the planes flying over because of close proximity to the hotel but you do get used to it pretty quickly and it didn't affect our stay.

Lots of options on the menu with different theme restaurants. The children were spoilt for choice.
Internet was however very slow, so not great if you are on a working holiday 🙂

Housekeeping staffs Rajendra and Mukesh(I called him Ambani ) were so helpful.
Aji at the concierge was very quick in dealing with our baggage and made us sure that all ok.
Over all the property and experience 10 on 10.
Interesting facts:
Property allow us to use all amenities from 9am even before checkout time of 3pm. They provide facility to keep our luggage and change our clothes even before checkin.
Same goes for after checkout.
That means almost 2 days we can use amenities for 1night stay.
Prayer room access is very easy from pool.
Rope climbing activity require pre-booked which we missed.
Definitely will be visiting again.

Child gets so excited but opens the it to find 2 “old” tangerines and dry nuts (really?) ; 3) everything is pre paid or paid on consumption which leaves you with literally NOTHING in the minibar (and prices are much higher than other places so prep the pocket! ) ;4) Uno mas restaurant needs reservation. You try the QRcode they give, only to find out every slot is full ( but you pass by the place and manage to book with no trouble… tell me why?!?!). Ahhh, and I almost forgot the worse check in we ever had in Dubai: 35min waiting in a non organized queue and a zero-welcome feeling. In summary, promises too much and offers too little.
