The hotel

This is the first of the Centara resorts in the UAE, and they’ve pulled out all the stops to create the ultimate family themed family resort to make your dream holiday come true. Inspired by mythical Thai and magical Arabian adventures, everything has been taken into consideration when it comes to suiting family trips, with interconnecting rooms and bunk beds available for all family sizes, and there’s even a childrens spa to sit alongside the adults one, so they can have their fair share of pampering too – after all, it’s tiring going down the water slides all day long! If you want to add that extra touch to your stay, upgrade to a Mirage room for access to the Family club lounge, complete with family-friendly check-in and a kids’ play area. It will be hard to pull them away from the adventure water park for food though, complete with water slides, high ropes, and a lazy river – it’s unlikely you’ll see much of them in the day, especially with the E-zone too. If this is the case, sneak away to the rooftop bar and enjoy a sundowner cocktail or a spot of shisha before dinner, overlooking the Arabian gulf.

Superior Rooms with city views, featuring 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 16 years).

All Inclusive option includes: breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Suan Bua Restaurant. You can also enjoy lunch and dinner in the speciality restaurants: Uno Mas, Sands Beach Club, or Sheesh with a selection of dishes or buffet. There is an option to upgrade meals to an extensive menu available on a chargeable basis. For a la carte restaurants, one meal per person includes a starter, a main course, and a dessert. A selection of complimentary ice cream is available at the ice cream hut near Sands Beach Club. A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages are available from 11:00am-11:00pm. Timings are applicable after 11:00 am on the day of arrival until 1:00pm on the day of departure. 15% discount at SPA Cenvaree and Candy Kids Spa plus 10% discount on water sports. Very nice place, service and personal who works there are very helpful thanks to namaraj pope and him ya win The hotel is very big and have plenty of attractions specially for the kids, it’s on the beach so we don’t need to take transport for it and also the food is very good and many options to choose from

We were having 2 year daughter so we choose the baby pool. Just Wow, warm water she really enjoyed... we were sitting at one end, and she played without any fear, thanks to the Lifeguards and shallow water. 6. We went to Sheesh for Breakfast, stunning view and the breakfast was yummy, my wife liked the Chocolate Croissant, the variety of food loved it... Thank you Aman, Karim and Aarafat and other staffs for making the stay pleasant. 7. House keeping team i would like to thank Netra and Milan. 8. Thank you Kaung for the cake, the cake was so yummyyy... 9. All the staffs we encountered were nice from AC guy, House keeping, life guards everyone. InShAllah will visit again. Nice hotel and friendly staff. We enjoyed our holiday. Nice pool and beds on the beach. Nice to lie with a breeze. Food was also very good. Drinks even without alcohol are expensive. Furthermore, we had a very nice week. Also they had a free transfer to Dubai Outlet Mall.

The food has been absolutely amazing! Especially at Uno Mas. The crab cakes and steak were delicious! And excellent service from Akshay in Uno Mas. The food in Sheesh is exceptional too! I would highly recommend these two restaurants. The guys in SANDS were also very helpful and super quick with any food requirements!

We have stayed here multiple times. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. It’s always a lovely staycation at Centara. The amenities are all clean and very organised.
