The hotel

Even within the sea of luxury and amazing hotels that Dubai has on offer, the Grosvenor House really stands out, setting the benchmark very high for luxury. Overlooking the exclusive Dubai Marina, the two iconic 45-storey towers offers quite an architectural statement whilst ensuring impressive views of the Arabian Gulf. The 19 stylish bars and restaurants are the talk of the Dubai social scene, offering a world of taste from Latin America and across the Mediterranean to India with multiple Michelin-starred chefs in residence. The hottest spot in Dubai, the Buddha Bar, is found at the Grosvenor. As soon as you enter this world-famous space with its monumental proportions, you’ll be enthralled by the charm of its soothing, exotic atmosphere. The accommodation offered is that of sophisticated luxury, with beautiful rooms and suites that have nearly every amenity one could wish for. While inspired personal service is delivered with calm efficiency and a smile. The affable staff remember your name and are helpful without being overbearing, no small feat in a hotel with 45-storeys!

A lovely hotel with nice sized rooms. The bathrooms were also a good size. The breakfast buffet was great. Although the highlight was the staff. They couldn't be more accommodating. They were incredible. Special mention to the gorgeous Zulfa who was so helpful with all our questions and requests. Would highly recommend!

Congratulations to Ms Pam Wilby you have a top quality hotel, It knocks spots of many Dubai 5 star hotels by your high standards in customer care being the heart of the ethos of your hotel, you are out to impress and that’s what you do. We were in tower 2 upgrade to junior premiere suite, we had access to club lounge on level 5. Here you experience such a high level of hospitality, I hate to single any one person but feel I have to mention Lucia with her infectious personality, everyone in the lounge deserves a commendation, you are all a credit to the hotel. Our room attendant Nikhill was perfect we always looked forward to returning to our beautiful room. Siena the Italian restaurant was special and thank you to the charming Ralph our server, Indigo also great for that spicy fix it hits the spot. It was also nice to see the lovely Loraine, on our departure it just finished our stay off nicely, with a warm happy feeling. Christmas Greetings to all. Read less

Service is exceptional, special mention to Daniel De Bruin (Guest Services Assistant) who was so helpful from the very start to waving us goodbye, nothing was too much trouble. Also have to mention Frank at the lobby for his beautiful demeanour, always smiling, super helpful and accommodating! Thank you Frank. Both Daniel & Frank really do deserve to be commended on how they represent GH! The food is absolutely amazing, so much choice at the buffet for breakfast and dinner on our half board package. I can’t recommend GH highly enough, if it’s in your budget stay here on your Dubai holiday, it won’t disappoint. Read less

Outstanding visit once again. Been coming to The Grosvenor House for over 15 years; at least twice a year. It has never failed to satisfy us, we love everything about the hotel. Made to feel extra special, especially by the staff of Level 5 lounge. This is how luxury hotels should be.
