Meaning 'City of Jumeirah', Madinat Jumeirah is a fabulous complex offering an excellent range of facilities. Jumeirah Al Qasr is the ‘palace’ offering palatial guest rooms decorated in traditional Arabian style with stunning views in opulent surroundings. Where is it

Situated in the Jumeirah area conveniently located for access to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Madinat Jumeirah is adjacent to the Burj Al Arab, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and is 10 minutes by car to the nearest shopping mall with complimentary shuttle bus service. At the heart of the resort is the Souk Madinat Jumeirah – a traditional Arabic retail and dining experience. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

294 rooms and suites in 1 building on 8 floors with 4 lifts. All with private balcony, air-conditioning, separate bath tub and shower, HD LCD TV, complimentary WiFi access, tea/coffee making facilities, mini-bar*, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and luxury bathroom amenities.

All rooms have either 1 king-size bed or twin beds (subject to availability) and sofa bed (120cm x 180cm, subject to availability), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).  

Arabian Deluxe Rooms have lush garden resort views.


Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, Jumeirah Mina A'Salam, Jumeirah Al Naseem, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Transport is not included.

It is so pretty. And Christmas atmosphere was so good, we took lots of pictures, the staff here are so friendly. I really love the Christmas tree in the front. The lady was are playing piano was so nice, the music was there, atmosphere was there.

Please do not be fooled by the name of this place. It should be renamed the dungeon as it certainly is no palace. This hotel is OLD smelly and rundown. It is time to renovate. Upon arrival we were given a room below ground with no view and no light. Even the bellman was shocked about the quality of the room as he walked us over. When we asked to change rooms nobody responded for 2 days and they only communicate through WhatsApp chat. Everyone here is a trainee and no real staff. We are paying to stay in a disgusting place to teach them how to run a hotel. The worst part is the “manager” Fatmeh or what she callas herself. She is rude and not at all helpful. Funniest part is she said it’s rude to call her madam when she and other hotel staff called us and all other guests by madam. She’s not a real manager but just for show as by law they need one Emirati manager at all times. It’s their version of dei I guess. In short save your money and do not stay here. Go to st Regis. Our kids were especially treated so well thank you to all the wonderful staff Nayeem, Zia , Nikki and Shaibil to mention a few. The amazing kids club - our children loved going everyday a big thank you to the lovely staff there all doing a fantastic job. Our kids loved the outdoor movie and camel rides on the beach. The breakfast was delicious in Al Qasr arboretum and by the pool. The hotel is gleaming and each staff member stands out with pride. We miss the place so much already thank you for the wonderful memories and experience. We will be back The spa is a must visit also so tranquil and beautiful. If I could recommend anything it would be some family entertainment in the evening or in the restaurants. Atlantis offer this and it works really well for families. Read less
