Where is it

Situated on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a mere 45-minute drive from Dubai International Airport. The resort offers access to the business district, world-class golf courses, theme parks, shopping malls and traditional souks, while providing guests with a tranquil haven complemented by views of the Arabian Gulf.

Superior King Rooms are located on the 1st-2nd floors, with private balcony, partial views towards the Arabian Gulf and the resort, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed (120cm x 180cm), sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, and Jumeirah Emirates Towers. Transport is not included.

2-Bedroom Suites are spacious at 142 sq m, with a living and dining area, private balconies overlooking the Arabian Gulf and a sumptuous gift basket of seasonal fruits. The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed and the other bedroom has 2 double beds and a rollaway bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 2 children, or 2 adults and 4 children.

Grand Imperial Suite, located on the Imperial floor, offers 310 sq m of living space with a private sauna, terrace, separate living and dining room and master bedroom with 1 king-size bed and rollaway bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Rooms lovely although could do with option of brighter lighting. We appreciate the daily fresh fruit. The negatives are that you often see staff just standing around on their phones, especially at guest relations, and the sultan lounge..when you approach them they just look at you..instead of asking how they can help..felt that was quite rude like we are inconvenience to them. Also one morning Housekeeping accidentally entered the room at around 5am and left the lights on and woke my baby up even though there was a DND sign. I understand mistakes happen and it wasn't their fault, but management should reach out a bit quicker to apologise, and more genuinely as I do not feel it was. Zenzi service is terrible. I have been a few times this time and last and many communication issues and understaffed. Again maybe not the staff fault, management issues. A lot of the staff are working 12 hour days and rotating between restaurants so service isn't as seamless as it should be. I do not want to highlight the bad points but when you are spending a lot of money to be here, you expect a 5 star service which I feel the hotel has missed the mark on. Hopefully management can turn this hotel around. Read less

We have just had 7 wonderful nights at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. This is our 2nd visit & we decided to book Club Level, what a great decision that was, all of the staff at this hotel are incredible from the hotel room staff especially Samud, the beach team, restaurants and the club lounge team - wonderful. Can’t recommend enough.
