I had one of the best experiences of my life staying at Le Royal Meridien. From the moment I arrived, everything was very organized. The staff were very welcoming and polite, always with a smile on their faces and ready to provide you with the best that Dubai has to offer. The room service was impeccable. Everything was very clean and smelled nice. The hotel has several renowned restaurants, including Michelin stars. The breakfast provided by the hotel is impeccable. There are several options for all tastes. One important detail is that they really care about people with allergies. I felt embraced by the entire staff. They even surprised my partner on his birthday. They left a beautiful note and a cake in our room. This surpassed all limits of excellence for me. The hotel has easy access to the beach, where you will have several kiosks to serve you. In short, everything was perfect. I have traveled to several important places, but my experience in Dubai at Le Royal Meridien definitely made everything better. Honestly can’t think of any faults with this lovely hotel and its fantastic staff. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly door staff and a warm welcome from reception. Ravin, who checked us in, gave us advice on how to maximise our experience. We had a beautiful room in the Tower where we were assigned Daniel as our excellent butler Service was exceptional at every point from room staff to breakfast staff, restaurants, lounges, spa, poolside and lifeguards. The Club Manager Hendrick stopped by to introduce himself and ensure all our needs were being met. There is a choice of 3 pool areas and a safe swimming beach. The spa is an amazing haven and the choice of restaurants and bars outstanding. Can’t wait to return. Read less

Returning to this hotel is always a pleasure. From the moment you land at the airport and a car is waiting for you feel that you have arrived home! Arriving at the hotel at 1.30am Daniel K was there to greet us with his usual smile, charm and efficiency. He had arranged sandwiches for us as it was so late. We were only there or 5 days but felt that the stay was longer. This is due to the welcome of all the staff who do not forget your name and when you were last there. Ranjan in the Royal Tower is on hand to make sure things run to perfection along with Daniel K and Hasnain M who were looking after us. All the staff in the Royal Tower know exactly what you like breakfast, afternoon tea and 6pm Drinks . Shakir looked after our room immaculately, Nothing is too much trouble for anyone day or night. It is truly a wonderful hotel to stay in. The fact that most guests are returning guests says it all really. I certainly could not recommend the hotel highly enough. We had Eddy the Guest Relation Manager go to extreme lengths to make sure our stay was top class. Even came along with Daniel K as we were leaving late evening to say goodbye. A most wonderful 2 night stopover! From the moment we arrived (family of 4), we were welcomed like honoured guests. It was late and while my husband was checking us in, Hasnain, who would be our attentive butler for our stay, , brought us a cool, refreshing pineapple type tea. It was a perfect way to end our evening of travel. Our bags were up in our suite (adjoining) by the time we arrived upstairs. Thank you Hasnain! A generous bowl of fruit was waiting for us in the suite as well, lovely for a morning pre breakfast snack. It was a very quiet suite with lovely views down the street and partia view to the waterfront. The attentiveness of alll staff we encountered made us feel valued and nothing was too much trouble. Even at breakfast when we arrived half an hour before closing, we were not made to feel rushed, ans staff were ever attentive. And it was a busy morning! We are not talking only buffet breakfas, but eggs while you wait andhow you want them, made in front of you.! Delicious coffee and fresh food, amazing! Room service was also tasty and fresh. Across the road, you have a pharmacy and international grocery store as well as a couple of cafes. Nearby is also a pedesteian area if you want more cafes. There is a beauty salon which is also lovely in decor and relaxing for a facial or eye brow threading and more! Tip - don’t open the doors on the balcony too often as it allows the humidity to creep in and the bedding gets damp. However,within minutes of advising the hotel staff, new bed sheets were brought up and changed with a smile. Thank you we would gladly stay again!
