Amazing family resort excellent food, service, and location

One of these best (if not the best) hotels in dubai. Excellent customer service, staff is very very accommodating. I was traveling with family but needed to take calls and staff upgraded me to a suite. Special thanks to the reception staff. The management was nothing short of exceptional

The location is great, service is outstanding, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Nuwan at Shades sports bar, who made our pre-dinner drinks a delightful experience before dining at Rhodes Twenty10, on our last night. He helped us choose some amazing cocktails and even introduced us to the manager who's from the UK. This hotel truly stands out, with staff who are genuinely proud to work here. This is THE hotel - the best in the world. Our home from home. Our 4th time here celebrating my Dad’s 70th birthday. All the staff can’t do enough. The rooms perfect, clean, the food is incredible & all the staff are exceptional. Thank you - we are all v grateful.

Beachy vibe with great view and nice club lounge experience

It was nice having beach access on the property, just a bit past the pools. The pools are very nice and have a good amount of people giving a fun vibe. I liked the club lounge for breakfast, only wish there were more egg based options. You could order various drinks in the lounge which was great. I seemed to miss every happy hour though. The spa!!! The spa was my favorite part of the hotel. The hydrotherapy pools and steam rooms and sauna were elite, and I’ve bern to quite a few. The temperature and cleanliness was well maintained. Even the relaxation area was just amazing. I dont have many pics because I was enjoying myself do much. The visitors here seemed to be mostly from the UK and Europe. The valet/concierge guys were the nicest and coolest staff on site. The club lounge check in was nice but unfortunately they couldn’t accommodate our upgrade request which was a bummer, considering we were celebrating two big events. Read less
