Amazing spa. Keep on coming back. Moroccan Hammam treatment is just a dream. Perfect and relaxing.the inside pool is warm and sauna is perfectly hot. Great atmosphere and people and all so nice, helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

I like the hotel! So fancy and the view is perfect! Also lovely house keeping saikiran. I the service is warm here and 🥰 lovely. My first time to live here that made me have a deep positive impression, especially in Xmas season. Oh and the Xmas gift in the Xmas morning! So surprise and lovely activities!

This was our fourth visit to the hotel from its opening in 2021. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious and we have always found the food to be very good. The desserts were fantastic and a credit to the chefs creating them but the staff in general were unhelpful, with the exception of housekeeping, the gym and the jazz club . The standards of service were at best mediocre and not in keeping with what we have experienced previously at this hotel or other hotels in Dubai. Having raised a couple of issues with the management it was disappointing to find that the night porter even failed to turn up in the middle of the night to take our luggage to reception. The response by the personnel at reception was a shrug Given the standard of hotels in Dubai, sadly we won’t be returning to Raffles. Read less
