Cheikh who led the aqua activities, who was so friendly, helpful and great at his job.

Excellent service and hygiene. Bar1 staff are amazing especially Yates’s and his team. Great palm stars and an amazing atmosphere overall.
Rixos as an all inclusive is a great property and we will be definitely coming back again. Great food and drinks options.

I had an excellent experience at Rios the Palm the hygiene was 10 out of 10. The staff was so helpful couldn’t help you enough and by one was great very good with children as well and food and restaurants was five stars.
Bar1 is a great place to chill and have drinks. Yatesh and his team are doing an excellent job.
