We had 10 nights at the grand hyatt and it was exceptional only overshadowed by booking a club room and being refused club access. The room was big and spacious with everything you needed , 6 bottles of water free every day, a bowl of fruit and beautiful flower arrangements.The room attendants Sanam and Sher Badhur were really efficient and brought anything we required promptly. We ate in the garden cafe which provided an excellent range of food for all nationalities and diets.We must praise Minal and his team who gave service above anything we have had before, we can’t mention them all but they were brilliant.The pool area was good but the grounds have been somewhat reduced with the building of a new water park which will be attached to the hotel. The building work noise was not intrusive and did not spoil our time around the pool.Would we go back definitely. Read less

We were really impressed with this hotel, it’s great value. The rooms were very comfortable, large and clean. The food offering was absolutely outstanding at the buffets, especially the Indian selection. Food also very good at the swimming pool and not overpriced either. Unfortunately the waterpark is still being built so the swimming pool is just a pool. There are no kids slides but it is temperature controlled so you were able to swim even in January. The staff everywhere cannot do enough to help you and seem happy to work there. Only issue we found was that the fantastic kids club only takes unattended kids over the age of 6. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Read less

My stay at the Grand Hyatt

I stayed several times at the Grand Hyatt. The staff are very helpful and good service, it was a quick check in during my last stay. The room is clean., mattress and pillows are comfortable. It is important to me that the location is convenient, close to the Downtown and the airport. The Grand Hyatt hotel in Dubai is my favorite hotel.
