Beautiful chill hotel with relaxing vibe

We spent 10 days at the hotel as a couple, in January on an all inclusive plan which included buffet meals in the main restaurant for br breakfast, lunch and dinner, Drinks during meals and at the pool bar, plus one lunch in Salia Beach Restaurant (set menu). The hotel has a lovely chill vibe and is beautifully designed with lots of greenery and laid out for a stress free and relaxing holiday. We spent most of our time relaxing at the adults pool on the comfortable squish sunbeds or lounging in the warm pool, listening to the chill music. We were always able to get beds but do not think the hotel was at full capacity, particularly during the weekdays, however we were always up at 7am to watch the beautiful sunrise, before making our way to the restaurant for an early breakfast. The food during our stay, was of a high standard and particularly well cooked and full of flavour. The juices were very good, orange, watermelon and lemon mint. You could choose eggs made to order from the wait staff including poached, eggs benedict, omelette, scrambled etc and hot drinks. There were also lovely cakes and pastries, bread, honey, salad, cheese hot dishes etc. Lunches and dinners were different everyday and repeated after 7 days. Although the number of choices were not perhaps as large as in some other hotels, this meant the offerings were done well and regularly replenished. There were grills and roasts, casseroles, pastas, baked fish and amazing deserts including hot puddings. My thanks to the chef and his team for putting on such a lovely offering. The wine was nice and also the cocktails, although the choice was limited to about 8 they were very well made by the pool bar staff, including mojito, marguerite, long Island iced tea, moscow mule, screwdriver,. Pool snacks were also available between 14.30 and 17.30 from the pool bar including pizza, spring rolls, halloumi sandwiches, fries, watermelon and feta salad. Our room overlooking the pool with a side sea view was cleaned well, very well laid out with lots of storage, comfy bed, good shower, toiletries. All of the staff we came into contact with were extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly and carried out their duties to a high standard. The only improvements we feel would be to include the lobby bar and beach restaurant for drinks in the all inclusive plan as particularly when it was a little chilly at night it would have been nice to be able to sit at the lobby terrace and enjoy the music there. It would have been nice to have some yoga or other exercise classes.
