190 rooms and suites. All with a private terrace, smart TV, WiFi, tea/coffee-making facilities and mini-bar*. Bathrooms include a separate bath and rain shower. Classic Garden View Rooms are 45 sq. m with 1 king bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Board basis options

Bed & Breakfast: includes breakfast at NAMA Global Dining Restaurant.

Half Board Plus option: includes breakfast and lunch or dinner at NAMA Global Dining Restaurant. Inclusive of two drinks per person, per meal with different options of selected beverages like from beers, wines, and soft drinks.

All Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in Nama Global Dining Restaurant during operational hours. Selected soft and house beverages available from 11:00am-10:00pm in Nama Global Dining Restaurant and Horizon Lounge & Bar. Drinks included in All Inclusive: water, tea, coffee, soft drinks, juices, house wine, selected beers, selected house spirits served by the glass. Dine around option available with a resort credit in DRiFT Seafood Kitchen and Bar Restaurant.

All Inclusive Plus option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at NAMA Global Dining Restaurant. Lunch and dinner from an All Inclusive Plus menu at DRifT. Dinner from select items at Horizon Lounge & Bar. Lunch from select items at Infinity Pool. Selected lunch items from the Bento Box menu by the beach. Selected lunch items from the Aquafun menu by the Family Pool. Selected lunch items from the Infinity Pool beach bar. House and premium beverages plus cocktails/mocktails during beverage service hours.

Deluxe Ocean View Rooms offer 45 sq. m of living space, and are located on the higher floors of the resort, with 1 king bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Junior Suites span over 70 sq.m and enjoy a spacious terrace with dining table, outdoor furniture and ocean views. With 1 king bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Spacious Resort Suites are 90 sq.m with a separate lounge and dining area, sea-facing terrace, and 1 king bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

The staff, an amazing team that genuinely love their jobs, I watch their work dynamic and it’s friendly and customer focused. They are an asset to Intercontinental brand, just going the extra mile to ensure you have the best experience. From the checking in staff, every waiter, chef, supervisors go above and beyond. We went for the all inclusive package, deluxe room with sea view, it offered great value for the quality of food available. We aren’t big alcohol drinkers but it offered a varied mix of branded products, things like cocktails are available at drift bar for 50% discount for all inclusive packages. Resort has 3 pools the adults pool being so tranquil and relaxed with very few people there. The family pool and my favourite the infinity pool for the sea view. I tried the spa twice and it’s a quality spa experience L’occatine products, the full hotel smells like a spa, the cleanliness of the whole place is immaculate, again it’s the hard work of management and staff putting pride in there work. There’s a free shuttle to the mall each day which is 40 minutes away. The hotel its self is great for a relaxing break, it’s nothing like Dubai centre, it’s surrounded by beaches and mountains. We are very lucky and have been to lots of 5 star resorts some we’ve paid a lot more and not had this experience. Thank you to all the staff in the hotel for giving us a wonderful holiday, we’ve one full day left of 10 days break and going home rested, tanned and a few pounds heavier due to the delicious food!
