The hotel

A brand new resort on Hayat Island in Ras Al Khaimah, the Intercontinental offers sea views from all rooms, giving that idyllic island feel that you’re craving from a beach holiday. Take time out on your spacious balcony with a morning coffee, overlooking the ocean, or with a sundowner from the minibar before the evening begins. 351 generously sized rooms, suites and villas, all with spacious balcony or terrace with day beds, air-conditioning, coffee/tea-making facilities, minibar*, and flat-screen TV.

Classic Sea View rooms with either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 


Board basis options

Breakfast option includes: International buffet breakfast will be served in Saffar All Day Dining Restaurant. Breakfast taken outside designated meal timings will be charged separately as per consumption. Breakfast ordered through room service will be charged as per consumption.

Half Board option includes: breakfast and dinner at Saffar All Day Dining Restaurant which includes food only, all drinks will be charged as per consumption. Complimentary one small bottle of water per person per meal.

Full Board option includes: breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Saffar All Day Dining Restaurant which includes food only, all drinks will be charged as per consumption. Complimentary one small bottle of water per person per meal.

All-Inclusive option includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner at Saffar All Day Dining Restaurant, or 3 course dinner - set-menu at either Levant & Nar or NoHo Bar & Grilll. Selected soft & house beverages are available from 12:30pm – 10:00pm at Saffar. Soft & house beverages included from 11:00am – 07:00pm in ShaSha. Soft & house beverages included from 07:00pm - 10:00pm at Amarbar. 4 house beverages per person with set-menu meals at Levant & Nar and NoHo Bar & Grill. Other meals and drinks not included in the All Inclusive meal plan will be charged to the guest’s account. All Inclusive package ends at 12 noon on the day of check out, unless late check out extended and paid (does not apply on complimentary late check out extensions). 

Guests with Half Board, Full Board, and All-Inclusive meal plan bookings. Guests are now entitled to utilize their 120 AED credit during the NoHo Brunch, which is hosted every Saturday. Please note that an additional supplement is applicable for certain packages: ‘Bubbly Experience’ and ‘Driver’s Choice’ packages and ‘Champagne Experience’ package. Guests have to make reservations in advance to secure their spot.

Club Intercontinental Sea View rooms with access to the Executive lounge, and either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Junior One Bedroom Suite Sea View with separate living room, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Club Intercontinental Junior Suites, with access to the Executive lounge, separate living room, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Resort One Bedroom Suite Sea View, with separate living room, and either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

One Bedroom Family Villas are just steps from the beach, with spacious living and dining area, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

One Bedroom Private Pool Villas are just steps from the beach, with a private pool, spacious living and dining area, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Club Rooms include: access to the Club InterContinental Lounge with a separate check-in area, private pool, deep soaking jacuzzi, as well as deluxe culinary offers throughout the day such as cocktail happy hour and afternoon tea.

Saffar (International cuisinge, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Levant & Nar (Turkish and Lebanese cuisine, with sea views). Noho (stylish New York inspired bar and grill). Ramsa Lounge (lobby lounge serving hot drinks and pastries). Amarbar (library style bar serving drinks and light bites). Shasha Pool Bar (poolside bar serving food, cocktails and shisha).

Levant & Nar and NoHo Bar & Grill: from 6:00pm-8:00pm, family seating is available for children aged six and under. Starting at 8:00pm, only guests above the age of six are accepted in both the venues.

Amazing resort with the best customer service . My view from the room was breathtaking. The staff were very helpful from start to finish . Loved the DJ , she has a great skill . The buffet selection and food taste was not as great , in comparison to other Intercontinental hotels in UAE

Ask for wheat bread for those on a diabetes diet, it is also given. Thank you for the extra help. Plus in the afternoon after swimming there is sand from the children's clothes they cleaned them too. The view from our balcony is extraordinary, the main swimming pool is clean and warm. The swimming pool at the IHG club is even better. The food at the Saffar restaurant is one of the best. The staff there are very helpful and kind. The food is amazing. Special mention to Lucky, Aulia, Jessica, Juni, Riecheele, David and Wayan. We will definitely come back in the future. Hotel is great but you can not rest here. There is huge construction site very close to the hotel. Buildings have been finished but they are constructing new beach or marina. Heavy equipment work all day long every day! You can hear them everywhere in the hotel! The worst is on the beach but on the swimming pool, bars, restaurants or even hotel… Read more

The rooms are very confortable, amenities are great and staff extremely kind and helpful! Mr Hafeez and Ms Jeanette from housekeeping are the greatest! We will also enjoyed the different restaurant options that the hotel offers. We will certainly come back!
