The breakfast buffet was good with eggs, meat, waffles, cereal, etc. The location of the hotel is great - just a minute or two walk to the main area with shops and restaurants. Despite getting a very good discount through Agoda, the night still cost about $350, including parking, which we felt was very expensive considering the hotel's standard. However, the hotel has an amazing location right in the center of Sedona, and our room had a breathtaking view. The staff was absolutely fantastic, especially as they helped us contact the car rental company after we got a flat tire, even after we had checked out. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Took them 10 minutes to decide to give it to us even though the letter we got at checkin said we would GET FREE WATER! Our key stopped working on 3 consecutive days. Shivering in the cold sitting outside the room waiting for 3 different people to try to let us in. Carpets filthy. Fitness center had decades old furniture stacked in piles. Just gross.
