The room was great, spacious, and it was super convenient to going back and forth from the Boston Convention Center. Friends stayed in other nearby spots and I liked my room more. The valet service was very friendly too.
Jody at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is modern and clean with comfy beds, but the best part is the staff, especially Jody! She is so welcoming and makes sure every need is met.
I also like the fun social atmosphere in the lobby. There is a pool table, a bar, and other games to hang out with friends or other guests.

I had a magnificent stay at the Aloft. Miguel had great customer service with me and my crew. He assisted us with a smile and super helpful telling us tips around the area for us to explore. Also at checking us out he was super helpful even if it was early in the day.

What a wonderful stay! I had the opportunity of meeting Miguel & many other staff members here at Aloft. I particularly appreciated the fact the Aloft team is so personable, and quick on their feet. They make every entrance into the hotel feel like home too- when they welcome you with a jolly smile!!! I hope one day I’ll be back!!!!!
