There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the malls. The room was nice and modern with comfortable beds. A typical Marriott. The staff were by and large friendly and helpful. I was given two small water bottles when I checked in, but there was no refill during a week's stay. One needs to buy bottled waters from nearby stores or at Star Market across the street.

Disappointedd

Was a bit disappointed with this Marriott hotel. Room was big, but there were a few things we didn't like. Beds were very low and too soft, which made our backs hurt. Water pressure was low and the temperature was lukewarm every day.
The location is good if you are attending a conference. If not, this was a boring neighbourhood.
Not good, but not bad.

It was my first trip to Boston. It was a little hard to find the front desk from the shopping mall, and there was no sign directing us. I wish there was more energy from the front desk, maybe with a focus on personalization such as asking the guest how the commute was getting to the hotel.

It was my first trip to Boston. It was a little hard to find the front desk from the shopping mall, and there was no sign directing us. I wish there was more energy from the front desk, maybe with a focus on personalization such as asking the guest how the commute was getting to the hotel.
My room was quite spacious, but it was a little inconvenient for me to turn on the light manually with the designated switch. The temperature was set under 70 degrees, which was very cold for me, who can't stand the cold. The room was not soundproof where I could hear kids running in the hallway and people talking at night.
I did utilize the fitness center twice, and I was satisfied with the availability of various equipment. One last thing, the elevators often took a while to arrive.

Without a question, the BEST hotel in all of Boston!! The staff goes above and beyond and works very hard to ensure every part of your stay is first class!! It is also walking distance from Fanuel Hall, TD Gardens, Fenway, beautiful parks, Charles River and much more. This is our second time staying at this property in 2024 and in 2025, this is…

Convenient location near shopping, eateries, major attractions and public transportation. I love that the hotel was connected to the mall via an enclosed skybridge. The staff is attentive and friendly. My room on the 28th floor had an amazing view of the city and Charles River. I slept with my drapes drawn so I can lull myself to sleep with the dancing city lights. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the tub drained properly with no pooling. The M Club was a great place to chill. It had an assortment of foods, snacks, fruits and drinks (had to pay for alcohol which was fine). Special shoutout to Jerry at the front desk for taking care of the mistake on my hotel bill. Enjoyed my stay. Will return when I’m back in Boston.
