We came in just for a quick overnight to see a show. The hotel has been on our bucket list for years, so rather than drive home afterwards, we thought we’d find ourselves a little winter magic. Carolina at the front desk, helped to make our little getaway what we hope to become traditional; a lovely experience!

The hotel is classy and has a ton of character without being stuffy or pretentious. You can’t beat the location. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a delicious breakfast in the Oak Long Bar + Kitchen before heading home. And of course, I made sure to stop and say hi to Cori Copley…if you know, you know! Highly recommend this hotel! Read less

Excellent stay at the Fairmont Copley. Every aspect aspect, from check-in to room service to guys at the door, was fantastic. The staff was courteous and quick to assist. This is my hotel of choice every time I am in Boston, and the great location is just one reason why.

We hosted an event at the Fairmont and worked with Lyndsay. The entire day was perfect, including the space, food, and reception spaces. Members of our team stayed at the hotel overnight after the event and were impressed with the rooms and the service.

More an institution than a mere hotel, the Fairmont Copley Plaza maintains its beautiful historic rooms and facilities to the highest of standards and we stay here on our business visit to Boston every December. This year I arrived without luggage thanks to a glitch in the airline's systems, and the Fairmont team did everything they could to assist, from finding me a spare charger for my laptop to keeping a weather eye out for my luggage. A shout out goes to concierge Joe for his empathetic assistance and to Sales Coordinator Samantha for taking such good care of us both before our arrival and during our short stay. Read less
