Arrived at the hotel after traveling all morning and Diego and Richard at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind! By far the best check in experience I have ever had! They started my trip off on a high note and I’m looking forward to the rest of my Boston stay!

Ranjan was very fast & friendly with room service 😊❤️ They brought the towels up super quickly & were really nice. The hotel was well maintained & very clean. All of the people that worked there made me feel very welcome. I recommend this hotel.

Devon is the best! She upgraded me to a nicer room with no problem. Thank you Devon! Also, she gave me water bottles which I needed very badly. Additionally, she assisted me with everything I asked her and she was very nice and sweet to me. She needs a raise!
