The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Jay gave us some suggestions right at check in and gave us an upgrade. The room views were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location right in the center of Boston.

Check-in was smooth, staff were very helpful, and the hotel had a modern feel. Had the pleasure of being checked in by Jay! Great value for the price, very comfortable rooms, and a convenient neighborhood.
The breakfast spread was amazing, and the staff were very knowledgeable about local attractions.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Mario and Alyssa! Alyssa decorated my room beautifully—it looked so cute and added such a special touch to my stay.
