Centrally-located in the heart of Boston's Back Bay neighborhood within walking distance to Copley Square and Newbury Street. Connected via an indoor passage to The Shops at the Prudential Center Mall. Transfer time from Boston Logan International Airport: 15 minutes.

1,220 rooms and suites on 29 floors. All with air-conditioning, TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, complimentary bottled water, mini-fridge, bathrobes, WiFi access*, safe, iron and ironing board, bathrobes, bathroom amenities, and hairdryer. 

Traditional Rooms are 240 sq ft with 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Premium Rooms are 228 sq ft and have views of the Charles River, with 1 king-size bed or 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people. 

Executive Deluxe Rooms are 350 sq ft and have 1 king-size bed plus sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 people. 

One Bedroom Junior Suites are 415-480 sq ft and feature a separate living room with sofa bed, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Hotel sheraton newton is bad attitude of manger and stuck up reception owes me $200 for no breakfast and deposit never got back. No maiden spoke English and above highway it's not a nice place to stay atmosphere is bad never stay here it's crap!!!!!!!!!

I had a great stay at the Sheraton this is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. This time they are going through a renovation but I didn't experience any disturbance. The hotel is central to most places, easy enough to walk about or close enough to train stations to get you anywhere you want to go. The hotel room it's self was comfortable, I booked a junior corner suit but would have said just a normal king room would have been fine, so, I wouldn't bother booking a better room as it's not worth the extra money. The staff at the hotel are lovely Amy who is the concierge was amazing and so helpful so I would recommend having a chat with her to get advise about what to do and places to see. Adam also was lovely and very helpful, I lost my phone at the outlet but luckily someone handed it in. Adam was great about helping me get it back and advising me of the best options of getting back there. Didn't get a chance to say thank you to Amy and Adam so thank you for all your help and making my trip so much better. Read less

The good Newly renovated room which was a decent size, can’t remember if I booked an entry level room or not, it was a king bed so maybe not Great location, especially good in winter you can walk to and from the station via malls and buildings so no need to go out in the cold The bad Bathroom is tiny, not even enough space to lay out the mat Noise - there is zero soundproofing, can hear everything (and I mean everything) from the room next door, rustling in the hallway, people walking past, would hate to think how bad the noise is on a lower floor The doors don’t have handles that turn when you leave so you hear everyone’s doors banging all day and night Some staff were ok, others leave a lot to be desired like the doorman/valet who watched us struggle back in with shopping bags and need to put them down to open the door to come back into the hotel but no offer of help, another two doormen stood chatting to each other as we left and ignored us putting 4 bags into an uber without a second glance or offer of help There was half eaten food in our minibar on check in that wasn’t ours and left from the guest prior. We submitted some feedback re the noise via their head office communications (as there’s no email address to contact the hotel directly) and we did receive a half hearted attempt to solve it, but they simply put it back on us to provide info (despite all the info we’d already put in the original feedback) then didn’t reply when I asked what info they needed. So a half assed attempt to resolve but I guess you could say they’d maybe planned to try? All in all I’m sure there’s better options in Boston and if you’re looking for warm hospitality and welcoming staff I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Read less

Very nice comfy hotel room with great bed in the heart of Boston. Great views of Boston from rooms. Parking in the huge garage next door. Lots of restaurant choices and shopping available in the attached mall at the Prudential Center and within walking distance.
