Amazing view, staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, room itself was very clean.
I decided on using the valet and they were accommodating enough to allow me to visit my vehicle several times during my stay.
Both bellhops were incredibly efficient and helpful.

Front desk were busy but still found time to answer my inane questions and helped me to find my ubereats delivery (it's left in the room by the entrance because they don't allow delivery drivers up to the guest tower).

It was our second stay and we will be back. The location is great and the staff is excellent. The suite layouts both times have been a little weird but the views of the Queen Mary are fantastic. This will be our place to stay for now on when going to visit our son while he is in school down in Long Beach.

It is clean, quiet, and conveniently located near the waterfront. There are many activities, such as the aquarium, good restaurants, and shopping nearby. They even have swan pedal boats to rent right in front of the hotel to peddle around a small pond there.

I would return to this hotel - for the best location in downtown Long Beach, great condition, excellent staff. beautiful views and mostly for making me feel homey and comfy. There can be a bit more of food variety, but then just across the street there are choices which make up the food offer. The pool area is particularly wonderful.

Customer service at this hotel is always top notch. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable. The housekeeping staff are amazing. I always came back to a sparkling clean room at the end of a long conference day. I always love to stay here when I come to town for work. I would highly recommend this hotel.
