It’s one of the best hotels in Anaheim near Disneyland. The staff were awesome and very attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! Read less

Family friendly hotel with a fun modern vibe and just the right amount of Disney flair. Mickey shaped pool and splash pad for kids, short drive to Disney parks, spectacular firework views. Quick breakfast options at lobby cafe or nicer sit down moderately priced full service restaurant.

NOT A four-star hotel! My prime example: Paper (yes, paper!) coffee cups for the coffee maker. They insisted that was all they had, but relented and sent me two ceramic cups from the dining room. Cheap, flimsy coffee maker too. The hotel was not spiffy; in fact, it was sort of run-down. Most high-end hotels have a concierge but I was told… Read more

Cheap, flimsy coffee maker too. The hotel was not spiffy; in fact, it was sort of run-down. Most high-end hotels have a concierge but I was told there was none and no shuttle to Disneyland either, though they claim there is one. The hotel says it is in a commercial district, but in reality it is surrounded by large warehouses. The other side of the hotel faces the very busy I-5 freeway, which separates the property from Disneyland. There are no restaurants, shopping venues or pharmacies within walking distance The neighborhood is decidedly 'iffy,' but there are no security personnel. I twice tried reaching out to the manager to express my disappointment and concerns, but he didn't return my calls. I'm astonished at some of the glowing reviews of this hotel. Maybe they were actually staying in a hotel at Disney's Fantasyland. Read less

The Viv Hotel in Anaheim is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, have plenty of light ( this is very important to me as both my mother and sister are visually impaired and my parents are getting older) and very clean (has to be because of all the light. You'd see every spec of filth). The front desk is very friendly and efficient. We arrived late,… Read more

You'd see every spec of filth). The front desk is very friendly and efficient. We arrived late, and two of their restaurants were still open to serve. Both had friendly service and good food. My only two complaints are that they charge their guests for parking (which all hotels do, and it's absolutely absurd ) and because this hotel borders the 5fwy, it is LOUD. The freeway will keep you awake, and the front desk does not have earplugs. We opted for a view of Disneyland, which was amazing; if you stay on the other side of the hotel, you might find peaceful rest. Otherwise, prepare for a sleepless night. Read less

The room had all the amenities, the bed was comfortable, the shower made me want to redo my bathroom at home! We had sunset dinner at The Top of the V. The food and drinks were tasty and over the top. I don't know how they made the octopus taste like perfectly cooked scallops, but they melted in my mouth. My vegetarian friend loved her veggie paella. There were choices for everyone. We ended the night with the chocolate flan with a blood orange sauce (I could have eaten 3 of them!!). We ended the evening with talking around the firepits on the rooftop! We had the perfect girls night and we never left the hotel! Breakfast choices downstairs was plentiful with great service. I loved the theme of the hotel, fun Disney touches but not in your face design. Perfect for a family, a couples weekend, or for us a girls trip. We were so close to Anaheim and just a short drive to the beaches. I can't wait to stay here again! Read less
