My accommodations were a perfect blend of elegant decor and Old Hollywood charm. Exceptional, personalized service and a lovely breakfast on my balcony made this business trip a breeze! The front desk, bell, and room service team members were genuinely kind and engaging.

What a great place. Oduwa is an amazing example of above and beyond! She went out of her way to make our anniversary an amazing experience! Jared at the front was so welcoming and helpful. Amazing day and great people! Thank you for a memorable experience!

Pros: beautiful room with balcony.
Cons: Bar closed at 10:15pm on a Saturday night (the info flyer they gave me mistakenly claimed they'd be open until midnight). Restaurant looked dead. Pool closes at sundown. Pool table is attractive but faulty and needs to be replaced. Air Conditioning in room didn't work. Most of the amenity fee is a credit…

Never again, not even after their claim of undergoing refurbishment soon. I chose this hotel randomly, only because of balcony (No chairs & table like shown on their website). Their pictures online sells you something else. The hotel & rooms are run down from the lobby, bar area (half is closed off as construction site), hallways, pool etc. The carpets in hallway & balcony (weird!) were musty, stank like someone's unwashed dirty socks. When i opened the room, it smelled mouldy, mattress is old & springy/ super soft. No fridge/minibar, bathrobes, tea/coffee machines etc. At least don't claim to be five star property. Pool's in a sorry & rundown state with fake grass & broken chairs everywhere. They assigned me room next to service cupboard, which was being constantly banged shut.

Major Red Flags
Nov 16, 2024Jimmy H
Here’s a first.
Ex employees took over property protesting the hotel mgmt. Yelling from loud speakers and banging drums and throwing trash around in the parking lot at 7AM.
Staff failed to take responsibility with guests. Protestors stayed all day and no effort to discount the stay on check out.
$60/Night in Hidden Fees as well.
Terrible…
